Express It Courier — Non delivery of cheque book

Expressit — Non Delivery...

Hi,

I want to make an anouncement to all the consumers that please never use ExpressIT courier service Noida in your life...as this is really pathatic services...

I received a message from ExpressIT courier services as I need to contact them immediately and I got two numbers from this, However when I called them a Person on the other side said that this is not ExpressIT's courier services and then I tried 2nd no. then that person said only, that I am a guard of this company and all the employees of this company have left for the day and then hang up the phone...Now I am in a mess that whom to contact...Its really pathatic, and I am receiving many couriers from other services but this is the first time I am helpless in this...

es it is to the extreme core of these courier especially Express IT as one end they will not deliver the cheque book in time as well as none of the rLocal or regional office / customer service never pick the Phone to answer the querry ...
As you communicated why the bank is not insisting the courier service whether they had delivered in time or nor or they can check the PDI details ...
If it is the case the name of the ICICI bank will loose its image in the market
for an example one doc /check book was sent by icici thro this courier service on 29.09.10 but still as on 08.10.10 not delivered.at Pondicherry, found on DOC tracking it shown as the address is not available.(eventhough we physically available in station). No response on the phone no also.

this is the way the couriers are working and we the consumers are also living with this !!! God only to help us...

Expressit — Non Delivery Of Cheque Book

This is to inform all that a cheque book has been dispatched through Express IT courier on 29.6.2012 from HDFC Bank, Chennai vide No. [protected]. The same has not been received by me as on 6.7.2012. While asking to Express IT courier, they informed that the same has been delivered to me on 30.6.2012 itself. The fact is that I am not received the courier sofar. The express IT courier is always doing the same practice and I have a request to all to take necessary action against this courier service. Such a worst courier service I have not seen ever and even they do not have any courtesy to attend a telephone call also.
