[Resolved]  Expressit Courier — non delivery

I have been informed by the bank that they have dispatched the consignment thro AWB No [protected] on 26/08/08 with an assurance that I will be receiving the same in 4 days but till date it stands undelivered, phone nos are not able to contact so please reply me

I am supposed to get a new credit card from kotak mahindra bank through these useless courier. They did not even visit me and sent me an sms that they could not deliver it to me. when i contacted their numbers, both were false. I had to get it from net, and then when i called up nearly 17 times, i got through finally and their representative informed that they could not find the address!!! Then they said they will deliver it to my office..which they failed to do and returned it back to the bank. Now after talking to the bank who resent the courier by these people again?????? they have again sent an sms repeating the same story...really one wonders what really they do their????

According to the information received from IMINTPOINTS India the document not receive by me against Airway Bill No. [protected] dated[protected], please check the same at your earliest

A courier was dispatched to me from ICICI Prudential on 17/04/2009 with Airwaybill Number: .[protected]. Today is 28/04/2009. I havent received my package till now. When I called them on their delhi number 32027017 today, I was told there was nobody at home. Which is not true at all. I have a family there. Also if there is no one there they are supposed to give call or leave a message on chit there, which they havent done.
Also when I called them they were not at all helpful. They have someone on the phone sounding very unskilled.
