Ezeego One Tours and Travels/ Air Ticket — Delaying the Cash Reimbursement..
Hi,This is Prasanth from Chennai. I had booked a flight ticket (Go Air Airlines) through Ezeego from Chennai to Delhi on April 18 th with the date of journey on April 21st. The flight got cancelled due to some technical snag. We have been assured by the Go Air Management that the money will be reimbursed within a day or two. I booked thro' Internet using my credit card. When i checked this out with Go Air after 4 - 5 days, they told that they had reimbursed the money to Ezeego.But it has been nearly month, and am still yet to receive my cash back. Poor response from the Ezeego Customer Care too.. Totatally frustated.
The problem with my case is that, they ask for a Ezeego transaction number from my Itinery.. But there is no such number in it.I booked my ticket thro my Email i.d. that i registered with Ezeego and they provided me an access password for it.
There occured a problem while receiving my itinery itself.. When i completed all my payment process, the Ezeego server asked me to wait for sometime while generating an Email for my i.d. It got hanged up, but the transaction of money was successful and i didnot receive my ticket thro Email.. So i called up Ezeego Cust. Care and gave my i.d and then got the Itinery without a Ezeego Transaction Number in that..
Am really wondering how could these people be so careless and lethargic in their process. Am really pissed off with this issue and planning to file a case against Ezeego no matter howmuch ever it would cost me. I found from the www.consumercomplaints.in website that am not newone with such an issue to make a complaint against Ezeego.. Shame on their part. Moreover they dont give the exact address and contact number of the Ezeego office too...
So they ll soon receive a petition against them from the Court if am not gettin my cash back within a weeks time...
And I am also claiming for the interest amount that which i should pay for my bank because of the undue delay made by Ezeego .
So NEVER EVER BOOK TICKETS THRO' AGENTS.
ezeego one travel & tours limited — non generation of ticket and no refund
i have booked ticket on 1st october 2008 for 2 passenger from bangalore to mumbai through ezeego one travel & tours limited for jet lite for 24th october 2008 at rs.8084/-But while generating ticket the travel agent have deducted the amount but did not issued the ticket
however the ticket is showing in their system as they have given me the PNR no.OROQGQ but they are telling that it is a temperory pnr and the ticket is not been booked so they are telling me to rebook the ticket which is costing more than Rs. 1000 and also they have not refunded the amount till 7th october 2008 and are still saying that it will take 3 more days .
thus they are using my money for morwe than 10 days and more than that now i have to pay more for the same ticket for the fault of the travel agent.
I did a compliant for the cancellation of Flight Jet lit S2 231 from Delhi to Bangalorefor date 29 oct 2008. Cnacellation was done on 26 oct 2008. I enquire 2 times for the refund, and every time customer service operator told me that the refund will be done in next 5 working days.My latest complaint was attended by Chandrakant last week with compliant no 1189661.
Could you please let me know when will you refund me in my Account.
I am really very frustrated with these type of service offered by ezeego.
I need reply of this mail as soon as possible, and please dont reply the same that refund will be done in next ..working days.

AIR TICKET — not getting refund
I booked the ticket from delhi to bangalore for 22nd august 2010 fromt he web site www.valuemytrip.com which i had to cancel . Once i cancel the ticket i am still running for refund. I realised that there are 4-5 agents involve on these site and none of them will give you the address . they work on mobile numbers and cheat customers. each one of them will say not to talk to them as they are not responsible . Hi This is Dipankar From Valuemytrip.com, i am totally not agree with, its not possible, if you have booked and xxl any ticket you must get refund, it may be late due to b2c refund. we have provide mobile no only for convenient of consumer not for cheating, and in website landline numbers also clearly mention.

Ezeego / Air tkt refund — Refund of Air booking not done after 30 Days
Booked air tkt to Delhi on 2/02/08 and the call centre employee took my credit card details and confirmed the payment was cleared but failed to issue me the PNR no for my tkt as there was a technical snag and the system did not generate the PNR no. He said the refund would be posted to my card within 7 working days. It is now 30 days and I am still awaiting my refund. I am currently on the call to the call centre and ms. Shamal is attending to me. i have been on the call for the last 24 minutes and still waiting as she has gone around looking for her supervisor.It is currently 18.24 on 4 /03/08 and I am not able to get my refund.
Can someone do something for such a delayed refund from Ezeego
