[Resolved] Ezeego One Travels & Tours — not received my refunded amount against waiting cancellation

I sadly informed you that from 19th oct-17 to till to date (More than 04 months), we have not received my refund amount inr. 6860/- vide pnr number: [protected] against cancelation. Further, as per my irctc login account on refund page, the refund has been completed vide refund transaction id: [protected]. But till now, my hdfc bank account has not been loaded with the said amount rs.6860/- even after passing more than 04 month.
I have written to [protected]@irctc.co.in many times. But no action has been taken from their end.
Kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible. We will be highly appreciated you in this regards.
