[Resolved] Ezeego One Travels & Tours — regarding non refund of flight tickets amount

Dear sir,
Due to system error two tickets at a time in the name of dhirendera kumar poria was booked from raipur to pune of 29th july and rerun by 31st july from indiigo flight from you site and that was cancelled imminently by indigo from raipur to pune and again i made tickets for dinesh kumar poria of 29 th july and return 31st july.
But from last one week i am calling to your call center no one is responding regarding the refund nor i have received my 19000 refund

Kindly look in to the matter seriously
