This is Y U V Prasad booking reference WENVVP / NFSL2G date of journey is 07dec18, we have called the Indigo they have discussed the refund will be processed through EZEEGO, here the issue is when i am calling customer care i need to wait for ages as its keep o saying please wait you will be answered shortly but nothing happens, kindly request you to look into this and kindly refund the cancellation amount.
