[Resolved] Ezeego — Cashback not received

I had booked 6 tickets for an international flight on 11 nov 2011.They promised us cash back of Rs. 2000 within 7 woring days but its more than a month.
Me and my friend have been following up and we have still not received the cash back. Following are the details of my ticket:

e-Ticket Receipt[protected]W 70 - 16 Dec 2011 - BOM Today's Date: 11 Nov 2011

e-Ticket Number :[protected] Galileo Reservation Number: R30XMM
Ticket Issue Date: 11 Nov 2011

Kindly take strict action against them.

Complaint marked as Resolved

They have refunded the amount after lot of follow up and the complaint is resolved. But i m getting a reply after 3 years, the amount was refunded in 3 months time
