[Resolved]  Ezeego1 Bus Travel Ticket — Money not refunded after cancellation dut to policy goofup internally

I booked ticket just 3 days back.
I received the ticket.
At the time of booking ticket, I was told, if I cancel before 2 hours of departure. I will be given money in the form of credit note after deduction fees of Rs. 50.
Same was mentioned in the "check rules" link at the time booking ticket. I have taken snapshot of the same as they may change their site in future.
Now I had to cancel the ticket. They are directing me to another link on the website. They are saying no money will be refunded. Actually they have two conflicting policies on the website, which I came to know just now.
Inspite of Customer Service office agreeing to it, they don't want to give money back. I called them up almost 10 time since yesterday.
This is really horrible experience. If they goofed up internally, why should I suffer?
Please suggest what to do now.
