I had booked a ticket with ezeego1.com and cancelled it because the PNR number was not generated. the booking reference number is EZR[protected]/A.
The ticket was booked and cancelled on the same day (11 dec 07). I was assured by ezeego that the entire money ( INR 3370) would be refunded. In spite of repeated calls to the call center and speaking to call center executives and also the supervisor Miss Madhumita, if have not yet received the reimbursement. Every time i am giiven an assurance of the money being reimbursed in 2/3/8 working days.
This is the first time i have come across an organisation who has withheld my money for nearly 1.5 months. I am really upset with this shabby customer treatment and inefficiency at their end Was this information helpful? |
