I'm feeling the same as the numerous other complainants. I booked air-tickets on 31st Oct, '07, the transaction went smooth and the amount was also credited from my credit card. But the transaction didn't generate any PNR no but it mentioned to contact the customer care. The customer care is another hell. I could never reach them but only got the message that "all our executives are (still) busy" even after more than half an hour.
So, I'd suggest all other sufferers to find a proper channel (any consumer forum/ gov't/ PSUs) where we can lodge complaint and get back our money.
I'm really concerned about the validity of the company after seeing so many similar complaints. Was this information helpful? |
