I am a subscriber to your Dolphin mobile services holding JEEVAN SAATHI plan, for the last five years. I have opted for billing option and have been paying my bills regularly since then. In the month of April 2010 I lost my mobileand have complained to your Customer Care No. immediately followed by a Police complaint. My Dolphin Mobile No. is [protected] requesting you to block my SIM card with immediate effect. All the relevant documentory evidence would be sent to your Office as soon as you let me know as to whom I am require to submitt the same.
However, I continued receiving you bill amounting to over Rs400/- and above regularly though I have not made a single outgoing calls since then. It therefore appears that the THIEF who happen to get my handset after I lost it in April 2010 are using my lost sim continuously inspite of my request to block the same, no action appears to have been taken in this regard by your offfice. As a result I am being sent regulr bills for the STD/LOCAL calls made by someone else. I therefore request you to kindly look into my billing records and catch hold of the culprit through the telephone no. on which the so called std call have been made. Was this information helpful? |
mtnl dolphin — False unlimited FREE GPRS
MTNL GPRS 2 plan claims that it is unlimited surfing and download with rent of 98 Rs only But they have charged me 886 Rs. extra along with 98 rent.Now they are claiming that plan has been changed and now unlimited has been reduced to 1 GB only.
I want to reconcile the billing.
