My mother purchased 2 Manali trip voucher's from her account (order# 545811) and I purchased 1 voucher from my account (order# 54583). Company promised to deliver voucher's within a week but didn't delivered it. I called them after two weeks but they said that they have emailed me vouchers already which was a lie as I didn't received any email from them on any of my email address. I called them and emailed them thousand of times to resend me that email if they sent any, but it was of no help. My trip was planned so I went to Manali without those voucher and after coming back I called them to refund my money. After a week of struggle with customer care they agreed that its their fault and they sent an refund email for both accounts (screenshot attached). I waited for 48 hours as mentioned but no amount was refunded even after 1 week. So contacted them again and they went back to point zero stating they will not refund. I have had enough now. It is my hard earned money that they have looted. Please don't buy anything from this site especially any vouchers. They have the most pathetic Customer Care I have ever came across. They don't do what they say and harass their customer's too much thinking they will quit after sometime. I will not, I will get my refund. They have to refund it.
