[Resolved] Fashion And You — AFTER FEW DAYS OF VERIFICATION OF ORDER COMPANY INFORM PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK | |||
Dear Sir, I am really fed up by Fashion and you company...is it really existed or fake one?? Before couple of months i had ordered enamor bangle from fashion and you co. and co. say it takes 3 - 4 weeks bt i didnt get it and after putting inquiry i had got call after month that co. is sorry for that as product which i ordered is out of stock. It was first time happens so i neglect it but again just before a month i had ordered two carlton london shoe and a mark taylor shirt...i had received Shirt which they send by aramex courier. and in same order co. was send me shoes by blue dart courier. and after tracking blue dart airway bill they saws they had return my order to the origin address...even i didnt get the reason why they return my order back.. and when i asked to fashion and you company they note my complain and after few days they call me and say this order is out of stock... but as they said they had send me my order and then they are telling me that it is out of stock...what's the hell is going on.. so please kindly note my this complain and give priority so that other people also don't cheated by this. fake company..and i also want the same shoes of carlton london which i had ordered.. please sir revert me as early as possible because i have to gift it to my dear one. today again this company prove that there is no value of any commitment for anything. just in reply this co. said, "Dear Monica,

and today i receive call from this co. that the order which i had placed is out of stock. and in today evening sales i saw same thing in their list.
such a fraud and lier company. please readers don't buy anything...its just fake...

dear sir,
this is to inform you that i karan purchased 3 articls from your store on 25.10.11 and just after a month one of my shoe soal was broken after which i visited the store and the manager in the store did not agree to replace my shoe ..after which we had a talk for around 15 mins ..he told me to present the bill and in that bill only 2 articles were mentioned but the bill should have been for 3 articles he himself agreed that i took 3 articles and the manager also knows that i purchased 3 articles from the store but why was the bill for 2 articles . on top of that the concerned person says that the article which i purchased was not purchased on 25.10.11. this is totaly harrasment going on with the customer i have been the regular customer of carton london and this is response which i got ..please get in touch with me to solve my problem
