[Resolved]  Fast Tech Service — not attending the calls

hello sir,
i got their number through just dia. My videocon lcd wasnt functioning properly. so the same guy Amit attended, his number [protected]. its more than a month, they havnt repaired it and now both are not answering my calls. the address they have given is fake. strict action should take

Same here. They took out the tuner card from my LCD and are not returning it back to me. Infact, there is no landline number provided in the receipt. This is a fake company. Ajay & Amit, both are frauds.

I fuuly agree with the comments given by other custmers.It is fraud company.Both the brothers are cheaters. I am going to initiate legal action against these two brothers.I also got my videocon T V repaired through them and paid Rs.9600.00 but it worked only20 days. Now the are not responding to my calls. All the three mobile no.s [protected], [protected] & [protected] are switched offI .I also inform other innocent custmers not to fall in their trap.

Mr.Amit Kr. MIshra, the so called owner of Fast Tech Service, you have not attended my complaint inspite of my repeated reminders and not honouring your committment. I therefore request you to refund my money paid to you for repaing my Plazma T V.If money is not refunded within 10 days of this notice, I shall be forced to take up the matter in cosumer cort.Pl dont forget that I have made part payment through A/C payee cheque.I have already received information regarding your wherabouts through Bank.

We all who are the victmims of Fast Tech Service should collectively take legal action aginst Mr. A K Mishra and brothers. I have already innitiated action aginst them through Just Dial..com I am also planniing to lodge FIR against them in police Station for cheating & fraud sothat other innocent customers may not fall in their trap. I have also requested Just Dial to black list this company and they- are co-operating with me..All victims are requested to send their contact nos at [protected]@gmail.com to recover from them our hard earned money.

मेरे एलजी के टीवी मे एक खराबी यह आ गई थी कि टीवी के ऊपरी भाग मे एक लाल रंग की पतली सी लाइन आ गयी थी’| जिसको ठीक करने के लिए मै इंटरनेट के माध्यम एक शिकायत दर्ज कराई एलजी के सेवा केंद्र के लिए |दिनांक 30.07.2013 को फास्ट टेक सर्विस से फोन आया की मै एलजी के सेवा केंद्र से आप की शिकायत के निवारण आया हु मै टीवी दिखाया तो उसने कहा की पीसीबी ले जाना पड़ेगा और रु 200/= सर्विस चार्ज ले के चला गया दूसरे दिन पीसीबी लेके आया और बोला आईसी चेंज हुआ है और 1000/= दे दो और मै था नहीं बच्चे से रु ले के और एक रसीद देकर चला गया | रसीद पर 6 महीने की वारंटी लिख दिया| टीवी की शिकायत ठीक नहीं हुई और अब बार बार फोन करने पर जिसका न0 [protected] और पता बिल्डिंग न0 ई/2/58, साउथ एक्सटैन्शन पार्ट-1 न्यू दिल्ली-110003 है कोई जबाब नहीं देता| महोदय आप से निवेदन है कि हमारी समस्या का समाधान कराने मे मदद करे |

I gave our Panasonic LCD for some repair to FAST TECH SERVICE on 02/06/2015. Now these guys are not picking up the phone, The address is ""Building no E/2/58, South Extension Part-1, New Delhi "" and the phone numbers on the receipts are [protected] and [protected]. I got their numbers from "Justdial.com". The lady named NEHA who answer these both numbers is rude and , she doesn't listen what you say and simply argue with you. Their Manager "MR. AJAY" doesn't answer the calls or always on Holidays. After reading the above complaints about FAST TECH SERVICE, we feel cheated and what we do not understand is why Justdial still have their numbers listed with them. There has to be some solution, If Justdial can not blacklist them. I did file a complaint with Justdial lets see what happens !!!
