[Resolved]  Fast track sunglasses — Product is not good

complaint against sunglasses

I would like to bring it to you notice that i purchased i sunglasses from times store in colaba on 12.2.10 and nw when i went to let them no its not proper and too loose they r telling that its not our problem its not the way matter is taken please look into this mater and get back to me as soon as possible they were also to rude .

I bought a fast tract sunglass, on walking on the pavement i had great difficulty in adjusting to it. It felt as if i am having a magnified view & gave me a big headache. On telling about the problem the westside outlet told that it was due to the bicolour shades. But on wearing their unicolour ones had the same problem...

I buy a poloroid fast track sun glass in 2009 I hardly used them but now today 4-4-2011 when I saw the glasses have deformed the dark shades are uneven the down portion of the frame has lost it's darkess although I kept them in the fasttrack micro fiber pouch and box so what could have happen the model no. M027GRI.

I use fast track watch too for last 6 years hence trusted the brand and went for the sunglasses.

i had brought a fasttrack sunglass before 1 year but before two days my one lens had fall down & missed because the screw placed on frame near lens had break from centre so this i missed my one lens it happens due to breakage of screw please solve my issue & let me know on [protected]@yahoo.com

purchased sunglass in 9th feb. within 2 months frame toches glass and scrached. This not accepted from such a reputed brand
