I would like to complaint about the excess fare charged for me today morning (Dec 6th) from Chennai central to Pallikaranai.

The actual kilometer from Central to Pallikaranai is 22 km which they should have charged only Rs.270 if we go by Meter reading [ 100 (5 km) + 170 (17 km) ], but i was charged Rs.410 which is highly unacceptable, i was charged Rs.140 additional. i was charged maximim of Rs.280 only in the past, but this time Rs.140 was charged excess.

I specifically asked for Non ac vehicle and i confirmed if it was meter charge and they told me that the package is fixed, and charged me Rs.410 which i am not alllll happy at all. Latter on i came to know that there is meter reading call taxi available, the person who billed me did not mention that and he charged excess amount.

I am totally disappointed with the service and the charges they have. i am not going to hire Fasttrack any more and would not recommend anyone.

    Its really Surprised that first time i have boughtup Titan Fast track watch on 31st OCt ( two days back ) from an branded Titan Showroom in faridabad . Now problem is that date got automatically change , time git automatically mismatch . i cant u/stand after 2 days i am facing this problem , how come i can trust for long run .


    Can you please advise i dont want to go service centre for this new branded product .

I tried to hear the sound of the watch but i cant reach it.My favourite watch.Share some ideas to track my fastrack watch.I tried many methods though i cant reach it.It was a stainless steel watch.It is possible by getting on magnet.Please help me to track my watch,

      This is regarding the harassment that I faced with fast track service in Bangalore. I booked a cab on 08-10-10 for 8 pm, from Koramangala Forum Mall to R T Nagar. And when after not getting any call or SMS even after 10 min, I called to the call center, the lady said that ' Driver will be calling you'. After another 15 min. I called and one lady said :' I do not have any idea Madam, u perhaps talked to some other lady, well Driver will be calling you within 5 min'. Then after that on 10 minutes interval I kept calling and they replied in the same way. And at 9.30 pm when I called the call center man was saying 'Shortage of vehicle Madam, wait for 45 min", in a very casual way. Last call received by one lady Tarannam and she also said they do nit have any idea.

      The fast track call center people are really irresponsible and i bound to change my plan to book fast track in future for office pick and drop.

      This is not only the case happend to me, same thing happend to one of my friend. He booked Fasttrack and after booking he called the Fastrack to know the confirmation and everytime he got the confirmation from them and when the time passed n he called again they said "Booking cancelled" and reason they do not know.

        Same happend to me, better not to take such small small cab service as they are really irresponsible.
        Book Fast Track cab i[censored] don't want to reach your destination in Bangalore!!!

        We suffered an extremely bitter experience with them yesterday. To board a train at 8:20 pm, I had booked a fastrack cab 24 hours in advance and it was scheduled to pick us up at 6pm from our home. At around 4pm, I called them to enquire about the driver details and their response was that they send the details 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. At 5:20pm, when we did not recieve any sms, we again began calling fastrack customer care (#[protected]) which became unreacable for the next 20-25 mins. With very little time to spare, we continuously kept calling them from all the mobiles in our home. At 5:55, when we were finally able to speak to them, they said that their servers were down and that they would schedule a cab now !! With only 5 minutes to 6pm, we were extremely worried. We got the driver details sms at 6:05 pm. When we called up the driver, he said that he needs atleast 35 minutes to reach at our place. The driver was extremely foolish and was not dislosing his current location and kept on repeating tht he would need 5 more minutes every time we called him.At 6:45pm, we finally gave up hope and requested one of our friend to drop us at the station. But unfortunately, it was too late ! We reached the station at 8:25pm and we missed the train.

        I fail to understand why ..

        1) Although the cab was booked 24 hrs in advance, a cab could not be scheduled for our pickup ?
        2) Mr Javeed, so called customer care senior executive, with whom we interacted(apart from many others), failed to handle the situation although we had started reminding them about our pickup by 4pm ?
        3) Fastrack Customer care can be so discourteous that they would just abruptly hangup or put the phone mute every time I enquired about the cab status.
        4) The cab cab that was finally scheduled did not have the correct address that I had provided. (At 7pm, he was some 10 kms from my home, going in the opposite direction, God knows why !!)

        My booking number was CM101948 and my complaint number is 50(lodged with fastrack on 8th Nov, 2012)

        I am considering moving to consumer court in this regard as I faced a lot of mental harrassment and huge loss of money as I had to book current flight tickets.
        Don't book Fast Track Call Taxi at any cost !!!

        I booked a Fast Track Call Taxi for a drop to the Caramelaram railway station. The schedule pick up time was 8:45PM from Munnekolal. At around 8:22PM I got a call from the driver asking me how to reach my home. Fine... He said that he was around 10 kms far from my home. I was literally shocked. I believed that he would reach my place somehow by 8:45PM. That was the mistake I did. From 8:45PM I started calling him every 5 minutes. The driver was extremely clever and didn't disclose his current location and kept on repeating that he would need 5 more minutes to reach my house. At last he reached my house at 9:15PM. We then rushed into the car and reached the station by 10PM which was extremely late. After that he charged for 22kms. The actual distance travelled was only 15kms. At that instant I felt that I made a wrong decision in booking Fast Track Call Taxi for my need. Don't book Fast Track at any cost !!!

        I would not recommend anyone to use Fast Track Call Taxi at any cost. Better take an auto instead if you intend to reach on time.
        Hi All please don't book this service at all I booked today cab for bannerghata zoo from my place to zoo is 25 kms and take hardly 45mins to reach this driver he tols me the road is jam becoz of jaylalitha and took me to hsr then silk board then I insist him to take from bannerghata road itself he said it will be full jam again so he took me to Electronic city flyover then jigani ankela road etc etc trust me with 2 kids I was like what this man is doing but was quiet becoz I was single lady travelling with 2 kids I was surprised to hear that I have to pay 850 rupees when i ask him y he started arguing so I just paid him really very big lootera the at actual cost is Rs.400 from my place to zoo really ridiculous
        Very worst service and irresponsible answer from call Centre, Yesterday I was booked cab well in advance around 5PM from Banaswadi Railway station to Ramamurthy Nagar and my pickup time is 10.15PM and also I got a confirmation message “Booking No.PM1199120 is Confirmed” and prior half an hour to my pick time I couldn’t receive any cab details SMS, I called them and they confirmed cab will be ready at my pick up time at pick up point. I reached Railway station with my family and no cabs arranged by fasttrack, and I made a lot of calls to them and got a reply that vehicle short need to wait 15 min, 5 min, and 30 min like that keep on going and they are not arranging cabs.
        After booking confirmed why they are not arranging the cab in the scheduled pickup point.
        I had a very worst experience in Fasttrack and don’t chose this company services especially when you are with family and your pickup time in the night.
        To whomsoever it may concern,

        I am writing as a concerned customer who used to be a loyal client of your cab services (both Chennai and Bangalore) however the treatment I received at the hands of your driver today as well as the call center agents whom I called to address the issue is appalling.

        I booked a cab for the 4 hour package from Bangalore (Jeevan Bima Nagar is my address) and the cab driver seemed very unpleasant from the beginning. I took up the 4 hours package since I had a couple of properties to look at however your driver wanted exact locations and refused to park within the apartment complex as well. Since we were only looking at places, we dint have a set destination in mind. The driver threatened to drop us off in the middle of the road and used many slangs in the local language (Kannada). It is noteworthy to mention that I am not a Kannadiga and hence your driver thought he could say anything and get away. Since he wasn't give him exact a dresses, finally we asked him to drop us back from our original pick up location and he dropped us by 1.30 PM. Thus, my 4 hour package got reduced by 2 hours completely.

        Next thing, once I reached back home, your driver demanded Rs. 600 as the fare (the calculation wise it comes up to Rs. 480 since it was only for 2 hours and it came to 30 kms). We refused to pay him that but he kept making faces and grunting at us so we gave him Rs. 500 still. He was not happy at all but nevertheless left. When I said I would complain about him, he said "Karo complain, parwa nahi". Those words exactly.

        Now, comes the 3rd horrible part. I called up your customer service number in Bangalore and told them of this concern and what happened. None of them were willing to listen. They doubted my claim and they said that they should not be saying sorry since it was the driver's fault and not theirs. They hung up on me and when I said they have shown pathetic customer service, the agent said "thank you and hung up" on me again.

        Now, you please tell me what is this? I do not know if you will even read my mail or it will go to your trash but let me tell you something. Using abuse at the customer or anyone is not okay. Threatening the customer is not okay. And not willing to apologize for your mistake and charging extra is also not okay. I don'[t know if you will take action or not about this but let me tell you, you operate in a very competitive market. This attitude of your has ensured that neither me nor anyone I know will ever use your services again. It's up to you if you will take any action or not. But if you don't you are going to allow another mindless to have a job he doesn't deserve. If you value your customers at all, you may do something. I am giving you driver and all other details below:

        Today evening (18.11.2015) 4 o clk i booked the cab and went kovilambakam to central railway station. I booked through the customer care number that time i ask the estimation cost they tell only 400rs... but when i reached central total cost is 720rs... its very high... i dont expect this from fastrack...
        And when i enter into the cab i shocked because already meter running condition.. i dont know when the driver switch on that meter...

        Dear Sirs,

        My wife and I had a holiday at Chennai for about a month from 25th January 2016. During this period we used your Fast Track taxis extensively. Our local contacts were Mr AJD Koillpillai, 2 Perumal Street, Egmore and Mr. Herald Daniel, Plot 1622, J51, 16th Main Rd, 6th St, Annanagar.

        Generally, these two people arranged taxis for us and it was usually Fast Track taxis.

        During this month we would have spent almost close to Ten thousand rupees on taxis.

        On Sunday, the 21st February, my wife and I travelled by one of your taxis from Plot 1622, J Block, Annanagar West to 2, Perumal Street, Egmore. I was sitting in the front seat and my wife was at the back. At the end of the journey the meter read Rs 203. My wife paid Rs 100 and by mistake I paid 100 US Dollars and 5 rupees instead of Rs 105.

        About an hour after going into the house I noticed that I had parted with one hundred US dollar instead of Rs 100.

        We told this to my niece who arranged the taxi. She has contacted a Fast track Executive and it appears that the taxi driver completely denies receiving a US 100 Dollar note. I am an accountant and I know the relationship between the taxi companies and their drivers.

        I will be thankful if you can make further investigation as what I have written is the truth and nothing but the truth.

          i've bought a fastrack watch on 21st november 2009,model no.9288pp.
          the quality of its wrist band is so poor and worst even if i used it only a few times upto today it demaged.i've complained about its quality at several titan outlet only after 4 months of purchase,but they refused telling that it doesn't come under guarantee.
          so please suggest a helpfull advice to get my right to the watch repaired.

            I rented fast track for 3 hours and within five km the tyre got deflated, after several calls they arranged another taxi after 45 mins, while we were waiting on the road. The driver was irrespectfull and they charged for lost 45 mins also.

            We had faced very worst situatiosn due to Fast Track.. When we called them, they said it will take half an hour to get the Taxi. We have booked and we called them after half an hour, They said it will take soem more time.. We keep on calling them from 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM. We around 20 people were waiting the call taxi without lunch, As they said it will reach soon. WE lost our patience, and we called the FAST Track office and started shuting at them. They disconnected the call everytime.. At last after 1.5 hours they have sent 1 taxi. We had requested for 2 taxi's and we have got the booking number also. when we asked them, they gave other driver number. We asked the second driver and he said he was not informed about our journey. The first Driver alos wanted to start otherwise he will charge a waiting charge. We were irritated and we paid the waiting charge until the secodn cab reached us. While travelling, When we aksed for the AC, He said he cannot switch on AC as there are more people inside the vehicle. If we want to have AC still, We have to pay 50 rupees per extra person. and he was very rude also.. He spoiled all of our mood and we dropped the taxi as early as possible and started takign the bus. Very worst experience an dI cannot control my anger towards them.
            Fianlly we didnt even give the extra change after the giving the bill...

              Dear Sir,

              I had purchased Lemon IQ 707 from a renouned shop in Kolkata. They confirmed that Lemon has a Service Centre. Its true they have but service quality is very poor.

              I have purchased the handset on 4th May 2010. The charger stopped working from 6th June 2010. Post which I started using the data cable for charging the mobile. The data cable also stopped working from 22nd June 2010. I had been to the service centre on 21st June 2010, they said it needs to be replaced and it will take a weeks time. I have submitted my charger to Bilennium sales and Service on 21t June 2010. Job sheet no LASPWB004R277 IMEI No. [protected]. But it is yet to be addressed. I asked one of my friend to call the service centre saying that he wants to purchase a Lemon charger mentioning the model no. They confirmed that they have it. I called them up after an hour or so to confirm about my charger replacement. They said it will take a weeks time.

              Its really disgusting. Further if you purchase a mobile and the TAT is 15 days to a month, does it make sense to buy such a brand product.

              I had writted a mail to the company a month back but they didnt even bother to revert on the same till date.

              I have purchased the handset on 18.4.20110 ambala cantt. model lemon 411 IMIE No [protected]. THE SAID MOBILE WAS GIVEN TO AMBALA SERVICE CENTRE ON !.8.2010, but after CHASING THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED/RECEIVED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE FROM YOUR OFFICE. BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THE SERVICE OF YOUR ESTEEMED MOBILE IS VERY POOR, . PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION, IF IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE THE SAME MAY BE REPLACED WITH NEW ONE, SO THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT SUFFER FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, THE SERVICE CENTRE AUSSRED THAT THE SAME WILL BE REPAIRED/REPLACED WITHIN WEEKS TIME.               Lemon's mobile Iq 707 is having manufacturing defects...Two months back I purchased 2 Lemon IQ 707 mobiles. One for me and other for my friend. Last week I noticed one problem in the display screen of the mobile. It's display is getting white slowly from all sides. When I called my friend he said his set also having the same problem. And when we asked this complaint at the shop from where we purchased these sets they said thery are getting more complaints on this set. One batch fresh, sealed packets also having these problem and they are sending it back to Distributor.

              Now, even after one month time, I am calling them for getting the set to be replaced. But they are not willing to replace.. So pls careful when you decide to buy a Lemon brand mobile...Service is very poor..
              my mobile iq707 is display problem and i have go the service centre, but he is not work my mobile and over limit months is two month i want this company you have recive my mobile to early.

                I purchased one wrist watch on 1 Aug '09 from World of Titan at Chennai. They told it is made of total stain less steel but it was having coating only of SS. Now it came out and the edges are get so much sharped that they are put scratched mark on my wrist.
                I'm having bill & warranty card issued by them.

                  I booked taxi a day before for 20th morning and evening.

                  Morning i got the taxi on time and in mid near gemini taxi got broke down and no alternative is done i paid for the covered distance and took auto and went and i couldnt reach office on time

                  Evening i booked for 7pm (a day before),since taxi didnt come i called those they told taxi will come at 8.30 only.

                  Fast track is number one call taxi it seems....LOL...

                  They wont pick the phone immediately also if you call for a minute only they will take the receiver
                  Poor Indians,Have more Patients to pay and get insulted by this business heros.

                  Its not Worst I need to find a worst word to explain their service in chennai.
                  I am 100% agree with this, Fast track service is worst. I am also faced the same problem with those . It is very difficult to reach no 1 in any business and very easy to lose that position.
                  Ya Absolutely Agreed... I faced a problem when I had to catch the Train to Bangalore at 11 PM. I booked the Taxi at about 8 PM, and waited from 9.45 till 10.15 but they never turned up... When I called them back, they said they would arrange at that time and would come by 10.45... What nonsense... Never take a risk with these guys... Be absolutely careful... Try a local cab service next to your house... Never use FAST TRACK again... Jagan

                  I would like to complaint about their service,

                  I have booked call taxi on 18th Jan in the afternoon for next day (19th) morning pick up at 7.45AM from Tambaram railway station,
                  I have very clearly asked that guys to send Omni as I will carry luggage’s, they have also promised.
                  But next day morning I have received a call from one person and said that “Sir, All Omni is busy, hence we will send Indica in correct time”
                  I have very clearly told that person, I have luggage which indica will not enough, but I got reply from that person as “No problem sir, the car which is coming to pick you has luggage carrier on top, so you can load the luggage and will not be having any problem”
                  Car (Indica) has come around 8 o’clock, and that driver has helped to load the luggage in Car,
                  But after loading the luggage, driver has told to pay extra money for luggage,
                  I told very clear to that drive as “Boss, I haven’t asked this car, you guys only has sent this car”,
                  But that guy is very adamant and threw out the luggage outside from car and left that place (What a pathetic (non sense) service/drive they have).
                  You will not believe, I have called there customer care nearly 20 times, but none of them in ready to help the customer, that number which I received call, they never pick the call,
                  Finally I got very irate and asked call center lady to transfer the call to higher official, but she said that she is the manager and she will resolve the problem and send the another car ( again vain)
                  When I called again and asked that guys to transfer the call to that lady, but they have confirmed that no one available in the name (not remember the correct name) as a manage and they have agent on the name.

                  watever the HELL...! No service, then why the hell they wana do ADVERTISEMENTS with NO.1 as captions, FAKING the public that they offer good service!!!

                  1. CUSTOMER FAMILIARITY-whether its a family or business booking, least priority to family booking;
                  2. DISTANCE- least priority to SHORT DISTANCE
                  3. CANCEL WITHOUT NOTICE- they cancel at the last moment 5min B4 on the basis of the above priority
                  they can better concentrate on business development rather than wasting money on ADVERTISEMENTS CLAIMING FAKE SERVICES & FACILITIES

They said its confirm only and send confirmation message. But at Last min they canceled my Booking due to unavailable of vehicle. no alternative is Done.                   Booked a taxi to go to chennai central to catch a 10:00 PM train, Booked the taxi in the morning 10:00 AM & was promised that the taxi would arrive by 08:30 PM for pickup. Taxi never came after several calls. If there is a company award which is an example for poor service it has to go to Fast Track Call Taxi.
                  Today i have booked a call taxi from Fast track to pick up from Virugambakkam to Anna university to attend professional course admission.
                  We must be available in Anna university at 10.am.
                  Fast track has confirmed the vehicle with reaching timing at 9.00 am (booking no. 4020). we did not receive vehicle till 9.30 am and try to contact them but, all the numbers are busy and no one picking the phone. After keep on trying, they have informed that due to non availablity of Indiga we are not able arrage the car. I asked them then why this was not information me or alternate car availability etc., . but there is no proper reply from them. finally we caught the auto and reach anna university by half an hour late.

                  Hence, please donot beleave this fast track call taxi people.

                  Drivers are behaving very harsh. Altogether, poor service...

                  I too agree. Their service is very poor. On 21st October 2012, i booked a cab at 10:45AM Hrs for boarding at 1:00 PM from ECR Panayur to central. My Train's scheduled departure was 3:00 PM. At 12:00 clock, I got a SMS informing me that the booking has been cancelled upon my request.

                  Then I called them several times saying that, i have not cancelled the booking. They have been telling the customer has cancelled the bookings. Then I requested to book another vehicle for at 1:00 PM. Then the said, the cab is not available.

                  This is happened to me couple of times. If you are in outskirts of the city or booking at odd hours, they book your request and will not turn up and inform us that we have cancelled the bookings.

                  Don't depend them during odd hours /for pick up from outskirts of city. Instead spend on reliable tour operator.

                  the taxi did not come on time. i called customer care and for 15 minutes i did not get the line through and when i got they confirmed to send taxi again and have patience.
                  at 5.15 pm, i again called up and after much tries, i got the customer care and they said the driver has already left and i can contact the driver directly

                  i called the driver at given number, but the number did not work at all. i called up customer care ad they have the same reply, have patience the car will come. i said im running out of time and my home is 6 kms away from central railway station. this was at 5.30 pm. they had the same reply. the car will come. i lost hope and took an auto and reached station just in time. it was tough to travel in an auto as my family is of 5 members. it was raining heavily and getting an auto by itself was a biog task as not many autos were ready to ply 5 people in one go and i could not take 2 autos as i have small kids.

                  finally i reached station on time, and as we settled the train moved. even if a minutes delay ahd happened, we would have missed the train. thanks to FAST TRACK call taxi. i shall never use this service again.

                  the customer service called me up at 6.00 pm, when im settled in train and ask me if they can send the taxi. i said you guys are a bunch of foolish people to call at 6.00 pm for a train of 6.00 pm and hung up the phone. They again sent an sms which read " sorry your booking is cancelled 06:02 -19/10/2012 reason - late assigning."

                  We suffered an extremely bitter experience with them yesterday. To board a train at 8:20 pm, I had booked a fastrack cab 24 hours in advance and it was scheduled to pick us up at 6pm from our home. At around 4pm, I called them to enquire about the driver details and their response was that they send the details 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. At 5:20pm, when we did not recieve any sms, we again began calling fastrack customer care (#[protected]) which became unreacable for the next 20-25 mins. With very little time to spare, we continuously kept calling them from all the mobiles in our home. At 5:55, when we were finally able to speak to them, they said that their servers were down and that they would schedule a cab now !! With only 5 minutes to 6pm, we were extremely worried. We got the driver details sms at 6:05 pm. When we called up the driver, he said that he needs atleast 35 minutes to reach at our place. The driver was extremely foolish and was not dislosing his current location and kept on repeating tht he would need 5 more minutes every time we called him.At 6:45pm, we finally gave up hope and requested one of our friend to drop us at the station. But unfortunately, it was too late ! We reached the station at 8:25pm and we missed the train.

                  I fail to understand why ..

                  1) Although the cab was booked 24 hrs in advance, a cab could not be scheduled for our pickup ?
                  2) Mr Javeed, so called customer care senior executive, with whom we interacted(apart from many others), failed to handle the situation although we had started reminding them about our pickup by 4pm ?
                  3) Fastrack Customer care can be so discourteous that they would just abruptly hangup or put the phone mute every time I enquired about the cab status.
                  4) The cab cab that was finally scheduled did not have the correct address that I had provided. (At 7pm, he was some 10 kms from my home, going in the opposite direction, God knows why !!)

                  My booking number was CM101948 and my complaint number is 50(lodged with fastrack on 8th Nov, 2012)

                  I am considering moving to consumer court in this regard as I faced a lot of mental harrassment and huge loss of money as I had to book current flight tickets.
                  I booked call taxi chennai to thanjuvur on[protected] sunday, came indigo non-ac while going to tanjore we met accident near villipuram major accident brokeout the non-experience driver. who has taken our mobile phone for not paying the money, telling somebody had stolen it sir while accident happpened.i called asst.manager of fast track chennai he has told will look into the matter but no response all cheaters
                  I had booked Fast Track Call taxi on Dec12th 2012 to go to Egmore station. Booking Id no 32 and my booking was made two days earlier and got confirmation SMS. But on the day of travel two drivers called me and said both are coming. I informed both of them about this and each of told me to call and cancel the other number and finally no call taxi turned up. I had to rush in an auto with my famil & lot baggage and nearly missed the train. I finally called the call centre and made an complaint. I work in a private Medical College as Senior specialist and was surprised to note that many many colleagues have had lot of similar problems with Fast Track. Hence I suggest to use other operators or options for transportation to your destination as Fast Track has outgrown itself and has become most unreliable & unfriendly & unprofessional.

                  hi i too agree with the above posting, its the worst service i have come across...the distance was just 12km but the driver took around the long route and charged 400rs where as it was just 25o and upon that the driver did not have any manners and was arguing unnecessarily and was showing meter which was not reset..please dont get fooled and hence forth will never book fast track cab again...had a very bad experience

                    i have bought mt fastrack in dec 2008 and since then have had no problems. However recently i got the watch washed from the authorized titan service center in burdwan and since then the problems have started. About 2 months back i got it washed as it had lost its luster mine being a fully metallic one and have gone to your service center here 7 times. the watch initially slows down and then finally stops. They had also kept my watch under their observance for 15 days at the end of which when i received it the key with which one can set the time wasnt working i went to the shop that very evening and all they said was they wanted to keep it for further observation but the key prob has been sorted however on my return i saw that the key wasnt working and that they had bluffed me again. Also all the receptionists there dont have the basic etiquettes of how to deal with the customers. I am a final year student of engineering and i need the watch as i have to appear for various job interviews but thanks to your authorized service center i never have my watch when i need it.I didnt expect that a brand this much renowned would be a cause of such constant harassment to me. Kindly look into the matter as its not just a matter of one watch but also the reputation of a brand which many people trust. Also i would like to bring it to your notice that this is not only my problem but while ther waiting in the store i saw many customers who were dissatisfied also a classmate of mine is facing the same problem after she got her fastrack washed.

                      I bought a fastrack wrist watch(model no - 1396 SSA) on 16th Jan 2010. Within 2 days it started showing problems. The watch losses time, i.e., if you sync its time with another watch & again check the time on both the watches after 1-2 hours, the fastrack watch would show you a late time of 4-5 minutes.

                      Such a bad quality product! And that too at a large price tag of Rs.1895/-.
                      I want my wrist watch to be replaced immediately at my door step.
                      And if at all I have to travel to your service center, in addition to the wrist watch, I want all my travel and phone call expenses to be reimbursed ALSO.

On Monday i see than watch was stopped and not working.I matched the time thinking its minor but again it stopped.I purchased it from World of titan p & m mall Patna so i went there on 31 Oct to exchange the watch because in any condition i don't want a faulty watch of MRP-1695 and according to your exchange policy it can be exchanged within 30 days i[censored]nused and its only three days and watch is unused.but the salesman there was quite rude and says that it comes under warranty i will repair the watch only not exchange.he took the watch to check and given me a bill with ref id-1012AE10517B129,but i don't want a repaired watch within three days of purchase.I didn't expect this type of service from such brand as i have done shopping of approx 17000 within last 15 days and now i am feeling i have chosen a wrong brand to spend my hard earned money.
                      I only want you to replace my watch with the same model and literally i prefer brands due to their services but here i am not getting even a average service quality.I don't have time to buy a watch and again and again visit your service center to repair it.now i really don't want to spend a single penny on visiting you store and calling your service center. just exchange my watch and spare me for choosing this brand.

                        i m facing problem of water entry repeatedly 3 times even after repair.

                        I have brought a fastrack watch 7 months ago . It is creating a same problem thrice. Whenever i go to the dealer he repairs and returned and never bothered that the problem in the watch is same everytime . I request the company to lplease repair my watch .

                          i have been using my fasttrack watch regularly from the past 2 years. due to regular usage the strap of my watch has worn out. i need to get it replaced with original fasttrack strap so the durability of my wrist watch remains intact. when i asked for service assistance at the fasttrack service center the personnel there said that this perticular mode no 9203PP01 is out of production and nothing can be done unless the product is in warranty period, but it not in warranty period. kindly suggest me a suitable way to take the matter to the company so that either i could get my watch's strap replaced or should get any subsequent compensation for my loss.

                          FastTrack — Nothing is done during guarantee period

                          I have bought a fast track glass for Rs.1799/-. one year grantee is given to my glass. But within one year i got a small crack in frame. But they are not worried about the grantee time and they have informed me to detuct rs. 600 ( i.e 33% ).

                          How can i buy such a brand in future if they not worried about a customer complaint.

                            I have purchase a fastrack watch from your authorised diller at mathura, that is bhatia watch company mathura swamigath mathura,

                            they provided me 1 year warrenty but the gurranty card has 2 years warrenty,

                            Only 6 months are passed away but my lather strip of the watch was ruined and not able to bear,

                            the dealer is saying about doing mail to company.

                            I am Mitesh from Ahmadabad who has purchased a FASTRACK watch from KESARIYAJI TIME, CITY CENTER TOWER, C.G.ROAD, 380009. The model no. of that watch is 4060PV02. The date of purchase is 10th September2009.
                            But i got some problem with that watch. The problem was that " THE WATCH IS RESET AUTOMATICALLY".
                            I have give my watch in your service center after 15 days from my purchasing and then it was repaired but now again i am facing the same problem so now i want to exchange that watch.
                            Here some reasons are depicted why i want to exchange watch..
                            1) I have repaired watch though i m facing same problem after 10 days
                            2) I am living so far from your service center so it is inconvenient for me to travel.
                            3) I can't afford more stress of my watch
                            etc.

                            so kindly instruct your service center to replace my watch and the model no. because i can't be reliable on that model.

                            Kindly understand my problem and abide with my proposal.

                              I bought fast track sunglasses worth 1695 Rs. on 15/3/2008. The model no is M050BU2. The design of the shades was very poor.
                              For a thing worth 1700 the design was not upto the mark.
                              The design had flaws such that when the glasses were put in the cover the ear supports made scratches on the glass itself now this does not happen even in glasses below 300 Rs. selling at a local vendor.
                              The new design has been revamped so as to provide a guard near the supports.
                              I want my money back or i want them replaced or else i will place a complaint at the local consumer court.

                                wrist watch strap get torned

                                i had bought watch of military edition model no3006QL02..and its strap was torned up and that watch was in warrenty +guaranty...so please replace my strap because it was so costly ...ihad bought from ISHWAR DASS &SONS opp karan gate, G.T. road karnal 132001...thankyou...

                                I bought a Fast Track Digital Compass model watch in December 2008. After three months, the compass started malfunctioning and showed very very erratic reading (some times 180 degrees opposite). I returned the watch to the show room in Visakhapatnam from where I had bought, after one month, I got the watch back with the same problem, in addition, it developed another problem in digital readout. After again a gap of 15 days, I was told that watch is repaired and when I went to collect the repaired watch, both the problems were as it is and no repairs seems to have done. Worst part of the deal is that I too got a user manuel which does not correspond to the model I have purchased. In last six months, the watch is with the service centre for more than 1 1/2 months and I am not sure they will be able to repair the defects. Do they have the experitise and even the will to provide efficient after sale services? My advice, (1) please check for the booklet in the shop at the time of purchase. (2) be prepared to keep visiting the service centre on regular basis (almost twice a month) (3) Half the time, the watch will be in service centre, the local service center's claim is that it takes more than 15 days for rectifing any warrenty defects.

                                  I have travelled in Fastrack call taxi 035 today (27-May-09) from Moolakadai to Pozhichalur in the number mentioned omni taxi with fastrack call taxi chennai.

                                  My self and my sister with new born baby who travelled; we opted call taxi because of my sister's medical condition.

                                  Driver was drunken, and using abusve words; he was mastrbting in the cab itself while the passengrs are aboard;

                                  if any passenger who wants to book call taxi from Fastrack please mention to ignore this guy to serve you;

                                    I purchased a watch with a model numnber 9203-pp-01, but as if now my strap got torned and from the past 2 months i'm looking for the black strap of it. But over here black strap is not available in any of your centre's in Delhi. I had also submitted my watch for 32days to your Pitam pura Titan centre so that they can check the availibility and can render me the services, but they also told that nothing can be done.
                                    So please tell me nw what shoud I do with my watch. Do you make products for one time use or what? this is the bad experience with Titan Fast track, you just launch the products but don't give the after sale services or parts of watch. And i haven't purchased the watch to throw it in the dustbin, as one your agents in the delhi regional office, suggested me that. If you can give me an option I'll be greatful, you can contact me at [protected].

                                    Thank you Sri Harish Gupta for your genuine complaint. I was just browsing the net to buy an Indian watch as a gift to a school boy in India. But now I will get a TIMEX here in U S, and tell him about your problem you had with the Titan company.. I will also watch this site periodically to see whether they have straightened out your complaint. Just wanted you to know I practiced Orthopedic surgery for forty years without any ads or commercials but only by 'word of mouth'.of my patients.

                                    I feel that they should apologize for their erroneous behaviour and provide you with a new watch, I am grateful to you for bringing this up. I am saving this letter in my file for any future use if there are any. sincerely. Sitaram
                                    Even i have faced the same problem as Harish. I ordered the strap in one of the showroom in guwahati but its being 6months and there is no response from titan. which is a very bad experience. Neelav Sarmah...its my lucky watch i need straps some way or the other...call me plzz someone [protected]

                                    I have visited all the Titan stores in Ahmedabad but would not able to find the strap for my watch : fastrack - 9203pp01.
                                    If you can not provide the strap then what is the meaning to buy branded watch???

                                    Hope you guys take it seriously and provide me the strap ASAP.
