Fitness First india Pvt Ltd Complaints - Cheating and duping the customer Cheating and harassment the customer Hi, This is to bring to your notice that I have been cheated by a fitness company i.e. Fitness First India Pvt Ltd(Delhi, CP Branch) which actually made so many false promises at the time of closing the sale but did not deliver at all and ended up in the most pathetic and worst service one can expect from an MNC chain. I became the founder member of the above mentioned Gym as I had gone there once for enquiring about their services, and after that their sales executives were after my life to join the club and offered me good amount of lucrative benefits and attractive discounts. Somehow as it was close to my office I made up my mind and was ready to sign up and the deal was closed by one of their sales executive who acted very sweet and humble at that point of time and took my registration by taking Rs app 5100/- as the total fees including the first month membership and admin fees and also took a commitment for 18 months which was part of their plan. Since end April I have trying to close cancel my membership (# 1005428), but was told that I was delinquent for the May month and refused to accept my cancellation, Post may attempts to close the relationship, I am willing to pay all the cancellations charges but they did not do so as they stated “the system does not allow it do so “ . Post this I have paid a freeze amount for the month of may, I have tried to close this today, this time I was told that the system is showing me as delinquent I have been duped and harassed fully by this fitness chain which is allowing me to end my relationship with them and was only interested in taking the memberships and collecting the money of different members.the same thing has been experienced by my other colleague also. Pls tell me what to do and want to teach them a lesson for totally misguiding customers and doing these kind of harassment and fraud. These kind of organizations are crooks and are only here for short term gains and actually can't manage the things properly. Hi every one, I used to be an employee of fitness first but the company is a big cheat they didn't pay my full September month's salary, how a company can have their employee's salary one can ask from fitness first manager ( syed jameel ). They charge their members like anything but don pay to their employees. So I would suggest every one not join the place either as a member nor as an employee. Gold's gym is far better than this company..
i look to join fitness fisrt but dis site saves me. thank u. at 5000 rupees per month and such mess i happy to join other club at less den 1/2 the money

I fully agree that Fitness First is the biggest cheat & fraud MNC i hv ever come across . My daughter studying in USA took 4 months membership in the month of june with a commitment from rheir executive Prashant that the last one month membership will be transferred to another member & will not be charged as she was in India only for 3 months .I gave them my credit card so that they could charge my card every month for the duration of 3 months . To my shock when i was going through my bank statement in jan 11 i found these cheats had been charging me not only for those four months till sept but till january besides my giving an application in aug.
when i tried to talk to Prashant he didnt pick up my phone & when i send my manager personally they refuse to refund any money .I intend filing a criminal case against them & take them to court.

fitness first cp also harrased me. at the time of joining they didn't told me about all the charges and later on asked me to pay extra for personal training n power plate. no is ready to listen to your complaints n just take u for granted after u join the club.
I wont say that club is bad or not good bt I would just like to say that do clear all your queries specially regarding fee..

I know for sure that one of my friends joined FF CP. He was so impressed by the club that he referred me also. After 3 months he could not find time to continue and asked FF to stop / cancel the membership. But they kept on charging his card, after which I advised him to write to FF and cancel his credit card. Now I do not have exact details of what happened but it seems FF must look into this area where lot of people have complaints in their own benefit.
After reading so much and recalling my friends problem - I have decided not to go ahead with joining the club.

these buggers build a trap for the customers and after the customer is fouled then they change there damn statement i have been gyming there for whole one year and after that i went to U S for work and when i came back i realised that they have credited my account with 18000.00 rs and when i asked them what for that then they told me that u have selected the 18 months contract for which i was never been told thesse [censored]s are cheaters bloody thieves we should seriously do smething regarding this fitness organization( fitness first india pvt ltd) they should clear my account as soon as possible.
these big organisations are like slow poision for ther general public for which they are never been punished i will file my complaint in the consumer court and drag this faulty business too drain

And Vikram, you , why aren't you replying to my mails ? I have sent you more than 10 mails to you and Shivali, you people are so unprofessional and scared to accept your misconduct that you are not replying to my mails.
Why are you lying here that you resolve the matter.
My case is legit, i sent you the proof, and your colleagues agreed on the misconduct as there were no personal trainers on the free weight training area. I have the complaint letter, recieved and stamped by FF oshiwara. Refund my money or agree on the terms laid in the letter, as agreed by Asst. Manager, Meera.
Even Shivali Sharma, Manager at FF is scared to receive my calls on her utter misconduct ! She is avoiding me on the phone, what a WIMP !
FF and Vikram Bhatia both are Lair, Unprofessional and CHEATERS !

so join for legal battles against errant service provider .

FITNESS FIRST CONNAUGHT PLACE STAFF IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... I AM HAVING A HARD TIME TERMINATING MY MEMBERSHIP.. EVEN AFTER GIVING A MONTH'S NOTICE THE STAFF IS NOT COMPLYING TO MY REQUESTS... I THINK I WILLL HAVE TO SUE THEM FOR CHARGING FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED...
I feel duped by this sham club.The gym's representative Mr. Dhruv Madaan never explained to me the policy of 'minimum contract period (MCP) of 6 months' and 'automatic continuation' of my membership till the lapse of the MCP. I feel that this clause was the most important and decisive clause in the contract, which should have been clearly explained to me, unfortunately none of this was told or explained to me.While joining the gym I had been assured by Mr. Dhruv Madaan (the agent of the gym who pursued me to join the gym) that my knee condition shall be taken care of. The gym instructors shall help me in training and take care of my knee issue at the same time. To my utter dismay, none of this was true. The gym instructors took no interest in my training and even while working out the instructors who were free to help on the floor, seldom came forward for any help/assistance, During the continuance of my membership I brought forward my aggravated knee-pain issues to the instructors, ironically on the 30th of June, 2014. I clearly mentioned that I will not be able to continue coming to the club from the next month i.e. July, 2014 due to my aggravated knee pain and dissatisfactory experience with your gym. Despite sharing my feedback with him he did not mention that my contract is on auto-renewal and that my account shall be debited with Rs. 6345 on the 1st of July, 2014 and every month thereafter for a period of 6 months; even though I am unfit to come to the gym. I wish to bring to your notice the callousness of the club'sr executive, and how it has affected me materially and physically.

The instructors were least interested in helping me achieve my fitness goals; the attending staff at the front-desk were extremely rude, even the other staff of the gym including managers, instructors and other assisting staff was very rude, incompetent and high-headed. After such a bad experience with this club, I demand that my fees should be refunded along with compensation for playing a fraud on me and for misrepresentation of facts. Also the agents of this club owed a duty of care towards me which they miserably failed at. Their failure to disclose important terms of the contract and to aggravate to my knee issues is directly attributable to their negligence and ignorance.

My membership number is 1059353 and I was a member till April 2016. After calling Tarun repeatedly and writing emails about the membership I did not hear back from him. I have been traveling and realized that FF has been charging me beyond my membership commitment. When my membership expired I continued to get charged for 3 months. I reached out to Davinder Singh, but I only received a response after repeated follows. Now I am told that I have to pay another additional before my card stops getting charged. I am shocked and disappointed about the kind of policies and staff you have employed. It is sad that a franchise like you will go out to of their way to cheat customers.
I suggest you look into the matter.

And the things said about the MD is false as he is the best MD a company can have...and will be opening many clubs in years to come across India..
