We would like to bring to your kind notice towards various correspondences made with ESCORTS Finance Limited last being on 25/09/2006 (copies of letters and documents are enclosed here with for your ready reference and record).
In this matter we would like to impress upon you that we are in great financial hardship for non-payment of the above FD till date. As informed earlier for meeting necessary medical expenses, Anindita’s marriage (a copy of the marriage invitation letter is enclosed herewith) we had to arrange money from my friends and relatives in hope we would repay them the amount from the aforesaid FDs but in spite of our best efforts we could not arrange for the amount and we had no option than to sell off our ancestral house at Patna and shifted to Kolkata at the address mentioned below to repay the debts.

Myself, Smt. Anjali Basu is an octogenarian and having various old age ailments and survive on meager family pension not even Rs. 2000/-
I, Bibek Basu am a retired person and having several ailments such as heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes and survive on only pension Rs.7000/-p.m. My only son has just passed out engineering and I have been able to sustain his educational and other expenses with great hardship and private loans, he is yet to get any suitable job.
In view of the gravity of the situation mentioned above we request you to release the payment of our FDs at the earliest and mail the same at our Kolkata address only, since from now our address of communication will be the above mentioned address in Kolkata and not Patna.

we had complaint regarding ESCORT FINANCE LIMITED. As we had an FD with FDR B43272 by renewal of FDR B29905. SINCE THE MATURITY PERIOD WAS DUE ON 15/08/05. WE DIDNT RECIEVED ANY PAYMENT. PLEASE HELP IN THIS CASE
Fixed Deposit — non receipt of either principal or maturity amount
We have put our money as fixed deposit with the co. as detail shown below:Name FDR No Amount Date

as my i have submitted for fixed deposit in the HDFC Bank on13/04/2010 & account no. is FD[protected] & still the cheque has not been credited to my account & the document has still not received to me yet. kindly confirm & revert me back as soon as possible.Fixed Deposit — Maturity Amount not received

Poor Delivery of Fixed deposit
Sir/Madam,
I am Karthiyayini. N. customer of HDFC Bank. I want to inform you regarding the irresponsible services provided by you. I booked fixed deposit for 1 lakh, 30, 000 on 18th July. I contacted the nearest branch HDFC (Kadavanthra) (Kochi) for Booking the Fixed deposit. They told me that i will receive the Fixed deposit through courier.
I was really shocked and irritated to see the fixed deposit bond in the the post box today (July 31, 2009)
Is this the right way you mail the F.D Bond to the customer?
If some Malpractise happens and i am losing my money will Bank take the responsibility in repaying it back to me? Earlier I was irritated with the customer service provided by HDFC Choice towers in Kochi, specially one lady irritated me, and I stopped moving to that branch. She took more than 12 days to open a new account for crediting 5 lakhs. It is because of that lady, I was forced to open an account in State Bank of India and for your information account was successfully operated with in 3days. Right now the next irritation is about the Fixed Deposit which is not delivered to me in a proper way. If you continue the same kind of services with me, with in n a few month, I am very sure I will close all my dealings with your bank and then walk into another Bank.
Looking forward for a better service from you.

so they make a slab according to my slab of 30000 are
1-10% 2-20% 3-20% 4-20% 5-30%
but no payment till now
please help me to recieve my money
