[Resolved] Flipkart.com — partial product sent | |||
I have purchsed sony xperia s (white)mobile from flipkart.Com via order ID : od[protected] with an offer of plantronics ML-10 bluetooth headset which was shipped on jun 30, 2012 via bluedart couriers. But bluetooth headset was not sent. I communicated filp kart and they admitted their fault and assured me to credit an amount of equivalent price rs 1200.The mail received from flipkart is also being attached here:- ________________________________________________________________ flipkart customer support [protected]@flipkart.Com jul 17 to me incident history response via email (danish) 17/07/2012 03.38 pm dear abdul, greetings from flipkart! order ID : od[protected] this is in regard to the part replacement request .
