I HAVE PLACE ORDER FOR MICROMAX CANVAS MUSIC A88 PHONE FROM FLIPCART ON 4TH JULY 2013, THEY SEND THE E MAIL OF CONFIRMATION OF ORDER & THE SAME DAY THE SEND A MAIL OF DELEIVERING A PRODUCT WITHIN THREE DAYS, AFTER THAT ON MONDAY I CALLED ON CALL CENTRE OF FLIPCART THE SAID THAT AFL COURIOR RETURNED THE SHIPMENT & ON 9THE JULY TAKING TO THEIR MANAGAER OF FLIPCART HE REPLIED THAT THE RE SEND THE PRODUCT THROUGH BLUE DART SERVICE BUT TILL TODAY 10TH JULY I DIDNT GET THE SHIPMENT TILL 4:00PM & AGAIN ON CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE OF FLIPCART THEIR MANAGER IS REPLYING THAT THE HAVE DELIVERD THE PRODUCT ON 9TH JULY EVENING & THEY ALSO PROVIDED SHIPMENT TRACKING ID WHICH IS SHOWING INCORRECT ON BLUE DART SITE & ONE MORE THING I HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE RS.8074 FOR THE PRODUCT I THINK STILL THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT Was this information helpful? | |||
