[Resolved] Flipkart — Incorrect Billing | |||
Hi There, This is regarding an Order that i placed on 19/08 for Nokia Lumia 520 cell phone (Order ID:OD[protected]) and made the payment through my Citibank Credit Card (Reference no. for the payment: [protected]) and selected the option for 6 month EMI with no processing fee or interest as that was the offer available at the time of placing the order. But now when my Credit Card bill is generated, it shows the whole actual amount billed on to it and the amount is not converted to EMI as it was supposed to be according the offer and option I selected. I called in to Customer care several time and reported this issue to them but each time they are telling me that I made the payment through Debit card and didn't selected any option for EMI which is completely incorrect. I cannot make the whole payment of my credit card statement just because of Flipkart system issue.
