Even i have placed an order and it is not yet delivered. No one picks up the phone either. Also, when the call was picked they were so rude to just say drop an email and disconnected the phone. Now as i have dropped an email there is no response. miserable service..

I am surprised by reading such reviews about flora passion India. For me this site is trustworthy as I am a regular customer. I never find any kind trouble while buying products from this site. I always buy flowers, cake and chocolate on various occasions. They deliver product on time. I'm very much gratified with their quick and amazing service. They have quality products in their online store. There might be some other issues. Please try to contact with them again. I will surely recommend flora passion India to everyone.

This is a fraudulent company. I had ordered sweets for 940 RS, they said they will order and the next morning this guy called Amit said he needs 500 RS extra to send he delivery. I was absolutely irritated by this and cancelled my order. This Amit guy was very rude and said he will refund and never got any refund for 3 days. He wouldn't recieve my call from my number so I would call from other numbers when he recieved he wud say he is so pissed by me asking for my refund. Absolutely horrible. I would get emails saying sending now but never got my refund. Finally I was so irritated and frustrated that I forwarded those emails from this company to the police along with his number and cc'd this company customer support. This is when I saw my money back. This is a fraudulent company please don't book anything through this

I have ordered fruit cake from flora, they delivered old melted cake. And when I call their customer care they asked me to drop mail. I wrote mail along with picture. But I have not received any reply from them. Even their customer care is worst. They never pick up my phone call. I would say there can be big health issue, so please don't eat anything from flora.

Hi I had ordered for a Chocolate cake to be delivered at943/6, Arjun Nagar, 1st Floor, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi-110003and tracking no was[protected] which is showing to be delivered by 6pm, it's already 9 pm and has not been delivered yet.

& The phone is not reachable I think this a tout place and needs to be dragged to consumer court soon.
