[Resolved]  Ford Figo — Rusting of Axle and other parts

Bought a new Ford Figo Diesel on 6/6/11.Took for first service last week and was shocked to see condition o[censored]nderbody.Both Axles,Front Discs,Knuckles and multiple parts are badly RUSTED.Updated dealer and he said FORD is aware of this and term this as NORMAL.Taking the matter to consumer court for full refund of value paid and damages for inconvenience.
Request all FORD FIGO customers to get their vehicles inspected for RUST.All cars at the dealership NCR Ford have excessive rusting.Have also written to FORD USA and awaiting a reply.Sent 23 snaps of various affected parts including chasis.
THIS IS HORRIBLE. It should have got "WORST CAR OF 2011 AWARD" rather than BEST CAR award.I donot know how they managed to convince Bloomberg TV guys.

Spoke to customer service team who say this is OXIDATION and had to update them the consequences.The axle can break over a period o[censored]se due to rusting and can result in a fatal accident.Seems like FORD is not bother about the safety of its customers.You can email me at [protected]@northamptonuniversity.in and I shall email you the snaps.

STRONGLY ADVISE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY A FORD CAR.Horrible service.
