[Resolved]  FreeCharge — Freecharge coupons undelivered

Hello,

I have recharged my airtel number (+91 - [protected]) for rs.333 on jan-20-2012 and ordered free coupons worth of same amount.
When i checked my transaction details in the website, the status is showing "ordered via speedpost", i have already waited for 10 days to receive the order. But, till now there is no change in transaction status and also, coupons undelivered to me.

Please look into this and take the appropriate action.
