[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Amount of failed transaction not refunded | |||
I requested a recharge of Rs.50 on by mobile though my SBI debit card(card no.[protected]), but i got a error message like' Recharge failed, Error while authenticating to bank'. But,2 hours later, the amount is deducted from my account and i don't get any recharge, any mail, or any entry into previous recharge history of my freecharge account. This same thing has already happened to me twice earlier, of Rs.330 each, and their complaints are already registered. So overall my Rs. 710 (330+330+50) re at sake. So, i kindly request you to please look into the matter, and get me my refund amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
