[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — Recharge of 444 not received

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

We have recharged Airtel No. [protected] from web site http://www.freecharge.in. payment was made through Credit card and the transaction was successfully executed.

We have not received recharge after 3 days as well. I would like to know on the same and get my money refunded Rs. 454 (444 recharge amount + 10 charges) via same payment gateway/ credit card.

I am willing to accept recharge done immediately to the number as well. Attached is proof with this complaint.

We will appreciate early response.

debited but not charged

I have made recharge today but it was not made and money is debited from my ac. Order id is... fcva[protected]
