[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — Mental harrasment by recovery man | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, Myself Abhishek Sagvekar,I had taken personal loan from Fullerton India in Oct-11 of 114500/- for the tenure of 48 months and monthly EMI was ,4756 and loan account number is [protected]. I was paid regular EMI's till OCT'12, have paid almost 13 EMI's till date, unfortunately I lost my job in recession and my wife appendix opertaion during that period i could not give the EMi amount for last 3 -4 months . Everytime the collection officers keep calling me asked me for the amount. My financial condition not good because of the loss job and operation conducted of my wife, I have been continuously getting abusive calls and recovery agents are coming to our house and abusing at home as well, they normally visit my home when my wife is alone. Recovery agents always insist her to enter the house and sit Please suggest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello Abhishek,
Talk to the Manager of the bank once, explain him your situation and request for some time, regarding recovery agents, check their ID card if they are bank people or not, if they are authorised agents then note their details, warn them NOT to come to your home without calling you or without your permission, if they dont listen, do not afraid immediately give a police complaint. You have to be bold and fight with this stupid fellows my friend.

Dear Sir,This is my Second mail to you, regarding the service of your collection staff for credit card.
I was using your barclays credit card, while I receiving your card
I was doing business and due to some financial problem I am unable to continue my business in future, so I start finding a job for last six months, by August 2008 on 18th I joined in a shipping company until this time I not received my salary for the month of Aug 2008 by consulting to our higher official they said I will be getting the salary by next month only by October 2008 1st. For past six month's I was suffering with financial problem even though I arranged fund and paid, this time I am unable to pay the due even I said all my problems they are not willing to accept, they trouching me like anything.
Kindly suggest me what I want to do.
