I ordered a digital camera worth Rs. 4800 and Aramex (another group of robbers), delivered the wrong product and it was a small usb key worth some 20 rupees and covered miserably and when I asked for some explanation, they pretend to do the necessary for the possible mistakes and I 'm still waiting for them to refund the product!!! Don't waste your time ordering in this site! Futurebazaar as well as Aramex, they are robbers!!!! they pretend to deliver within 48h, this is no truth!! either you never get delivered at all or else you get delivered something worth not more than a penny !!! We confirm that the order was placed on our site for the above mentioned product however erroneously a ' HP 4 GB Pen Drive' was dispatched from our warehouse. The necessary investigation are done at our end and we have taken corrective measures to ensure that such unpleasent incidence does not repeate in further.
Further to our telephonic conversation, we confirm having dispatched the product ' Olympus FE 25 Digital Camera' via Blue Dart courier airway bill number [protected]. The product was delivered at the shipping address on 16th October 2009 and the same is confirmed over the phone by Mr. Roman Emmanuel.
We appreciate your patience and co-operation in the above matter and also thank you for giving us an opportunity to rectify the error.
