[Resolved]  Futurebazaar.com — not getting product delivery on time

Dear Sir/Mam,

This has reference to my Order No. [protected] placed on Dated:[protected], at the time of order placing the expected delivery date as mentioned by future bazaar is[protected] but till date and time I am writing you this mail I have not received my product yet.

On tracking my order I came to know that my order was shipped on[protected] with Aramex courier vide docket no. [protected] and since[protected] it is lying with aramex courier bangalore office.

Then I made a complaint to future bazaar customer care on[protected] then your representative ensure me that we have forwarded your complaint to courier company and your courier will deliver upto[protected], then I again call your customer care department on[protected] and two times on[protected]in morning as well as in evening) but every time I have got a false commitment and a new story for not delivering the courier.

I request you to kindly look into the matter with your courier service provider for ensuring the immediate delivery of my product.

I PLACED A ORDER FOR AKAI 32" LED TV Akai D 20 32 inches HD LED TV
FBID : 2577847 ON 29.06.2011. MY ORDER NO [protected]. I MADE THE PAYMENT
THROUGH ATOM METHOD FROM MY CREDIT CARD (BELONGING TO HSBC).THE TRANSACTION
ALSO GOT CLEARED ON 1.07.2011. I SENT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS .I ALSO
RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY HAVE RECEIVED AND THE ORDER IS IN PROCESS.
SINCE THEN WHENEVER I AM CORRESPONDING OVER PHONE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS
TELLING "EVERYTHING IS READY FOR SHIPMENT AND YOU WILL GET THE PRODUCT
WITHIN 48 HOURS." EVEN ON THE WEBSITE IT SHOWED READY TO SHIP. TODAY WHEN 48
HOURS HAVE CROSSED AND I AM REPORTING, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS TELLING ME THAT
IT IS NOT IN THE STOCK. THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE THE ORDER? WHY DID YOU MAKE
THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME THAT IS NOT IN THE STOCK?
&nbs p; &n bsp; IT IS A DEEP SENTIMENTAL ISSUE .I AM
REALLY PUZZLED AND I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH TOWARDS YOU. BESIDES I ALSO FOUND
MANY COMPLAINTS ON WEBSITE REPORTING SIMILAR CASES.

non-availability) MY ORDER FOR AKAI 32" LED WITH SONY 32" LEDSony Bravia
KDL-32EX520 32 inches LED TV OR Sony Bravia KDL-32EX420 32 inches HD LED
TV IMMEDIATELY. I WILL PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT IF NEEDED ONLY ON CASH ON
DELIVERY BECAUSE I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED AND HURT DEEPLY. EZONE OUTLETS ARE ALL
OVER EVEN BESIDE MY HOUSE BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE
SHOPPING.
