Gas Agency — Black Marketing of Cylinders
Hi I am consumer of Indane gas. My Agency name and address is Prajyoti Enterprises, Site No. 1 Behind Keshopur DTC Depot, Keshopur, New Delhi-110018. My Consumer no. is 857 I have booked my gas on 03.02.2011 But till date I have not recieved the delivery of gas. This Agency doing Black Marketing openly. their delivery men doing black marketing out side on 800/- to 900/- Rs.of a cylender and half commission with Agency's owner and staff.Please do something against this agency.

Gas Agency — No response from Sri Maa Krupa Gas Agency for 3 months
We have been trying to contact Sri Ma Krupa over phone (Numbers: 26563350 and[protected] for our Gas booking. We have tried both these numbers in vain for over 3 months now. Both numbers ring but there is no response. At times we get an engaged tone indicating that their line is busy. But is we try a few mins after that, there is a ring tone but no response. There are no other registered phone numbers for Ma Krupa. Is there any other way of Gas Booking available? Pls note that we are not in a position to go to their office premises personally. Is it not the responsibility of Gas Agencies to update their numbers and respond to customers on time?
