My self rupsh and i'm belongs to taranga jharkhand i came to suman gas agency for cylinder which is ownership of mohan lal suman the person whois present at agency not accepting coins and told that only 10% of coins will accepted of total amount. After that i reached at punjab national bank telo he tell me that there is no any msg issued by government of india that anyone refuse to accept coins. I records conversation of owner...

1. I naresh kumar d inform u that my bharat gas cosumer no is 59170392, connection at vishal bharat gas agency, mahavir enclave, new delhi.

2. My complaint is that i booked the gas cylinder on 03 oct 2015 through telephone. The gas was not delivered till date.

3. I visited gas agency two times that is 10 oct 15 and 17 oct 15 for status about my gas delivery but they couldn't delivered...

Dear sir,i have the same problem of getting gas cylinder am from kottayam dist. erumely my consumer no. is SF20551(pradeepkumar,rohini,kanakappalam) i have been booked my cylinder on 29-9-12 still now i didn't get the same from the gas agency SASTHA FLAMES ERUMELY,please take necessary action.

WE ARE THE CONSUMER OF HP GAS ,BHAGAT GAS AGENCY NARELA DELHI-110040. WE HAD BOOKED REFILL ON 19 JUNE 2012 VIDE IVRS BOOKING NO. 242193, TILL DATE ie UPTO 07 JULY THE REFILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. MY CONSUMER NO IS 615385.
WE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE, BUT USUALLY THEY KEEP THEIR PHONE IN ENGAGE MODE. MOREOVER THEY IMPOSE THEIR OWN RULE, THAT SECOND REFILL WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF 21 DAYS OF PREVIOUS SUPPLIED...

Sir, I am a coustomer of Narwana gas agency , they didnot book my gas cylinder before 21 days of the gas delivery .
Sir Is it a rule ,
Sir they did not deliver my gas cylinder to my home , and said to take it from their godwn,
I just want you to take strict action against them .

They hurt each and every coustomer and talk rudely , mis behaves...

The gas agency named Raja Rajeshwari Gas Agency has been assigned the distributor of gas in our location Suchitra, Jeedimetla Village. Even after several reminders and also pursing over phone we do not get our gas cylinders on time. Looks like there is lot of blackmarketing of cyclinders happening that is the reason why we do not get our cylinders even after 30days of booking it. Some action has to be taken against them to regularize this...

Our Gas Agencies address is S -33, Janta Markets, Rajouri Garden New Delhi – 27 and telephone No. 65454343, 25105332 but these people never pick up the phone. I tried both the nos. many many days in every month for booking gas but no response. When we gone personally in their Agency then they always said “our phone is OK, see.”
