[Resolved]  Ge Money — NOC ON LOAN NOT RECIEVED EVEN AFTER @ REMINDERS

Subject: Issuing of NOC in correct name.

This application is regarding issuing of correct NOC for the loan re-paid by me.

I(Sumit Kumar) have taken a two wheeler loan from GE money(Loan account number-RBAR[protected] and have re-paid it in monthly installments of 1090Rs for the span of two years via ICICI bank.

I requested for an NOC 1 month back and received it 3 days ago. When I verified it I saw that instead of my name on NOC some other incorrect name is provided. I have sent FAX of my RC book to GE money and RC book is in name of Sumit Kumar.I have given cheques of account holded by me (Sumit Kumar).

The loan was availed by me and I provided the correct loan account number to GE money for NOC.There is no question of doubt and its 100% sure that due to someone's mistake some wrong name has been given in NOC.


I have sent them a enclosing a photocopy of RC book, in-correct NOC (which I got from GE) and a Xerox of my identity proof.

When i called the again for follow-up, they simply say that you will receive NOC soon.

Please register a compalin on behalf of me, a lot of inconvenience has already been caused to me.
