GHMC — Bad Roads & Narrow Roads
We are the residents of Gudimalkapur (Hyderabad) facing the problem of bad roads and traffic congestion due to the illegal encroachment of the Government Roadside land by other residents in the area. We have given 7 complaints in the past by dropping in person in the Muncipal Ward office but no action has been taken by the authorities since then. This is causing a big health problems to the residents as the streets are not cleaned/sweeped/maintained properly. The trash from the sewerage is taken out and has to be put in the middle of the road which is a big threat and posting health hazard for the residents. Sometimes I just wonder whether the Muncipal officers are ignoring our case... But this has become a very serious problem in our community. I hope by posting this complaint here should solve our problem.We request the GHMC body to take the strict action and do the needful immediately.

I would like to draw all the concerned people on the following serious problems of Bhaskararao Nagar Colony, under Kapra Municipality:
1. The roads are in very bad shape, filled with sand and no one is sweeping the roads inspite repeated requests to the sweepers.
2. Due to the accumulation of huge sand on the road, many accidents are taking place due to slipping of vehicles on the sand.
3. Especially in the Phase No. III, many illegal constructions have taken place and are taking place even not leaving 1 to 2 feet from the compound wall.
4. The Cars are being parked on the roads in Bhaskararao Nagar Colony causing inconvenience to the other vehicles because the roads are very narrow.
5. Frequent and untimely power failure is there in this locality.
I request you to kindly try to see that above mentioned problems of the locality people are resolved at the earliest.

I would like to bring the following few lines for kind notice and sympathetic consideration.
Sir, you are aware that the Survey No. 15, Nirmalnagar, Malkajgiri Mandal was allotted for poor Dalit families in the year 1982 and the open area in the colony was requested for community use by the locals.
We the residents of Nirmalnagar colony are facing acute problem, recently some people (Bad elements) were putting Dabbas (shops) in The open area and started illegal business (selling of Gudumba), the drunken people was creating nuisance in nights creating horrible situation to the colony people.
The residents are facing lot of inconvenience from these shops. Some rowdies are occupied by arranging of dabbas in this open land. Most of the residents in these Colony are poor and they were scare to ask these people and to face physical attacks, threatening.
In view of the above, we request your good self Sir, to kindly intervention is urgently needed on humanitarian grounds to monitor the system to stop putting dabbas in open area of Nirmalnagar. If this shops problem is solved the environment will also be free from making nuisance of drunken people and rowdies.
Sir, your kind gesture will go a long way and will be remembered by every resident of the ‘Nirmalnagar colony.

GHMC — illegal encroachments on road
On the main road from YMCA to NArayanguda cross road near to Keshav Memorial High School Lane about 8 kisoks were put up on the night of 13th november occupying half the road and no authority is bothered.there is a busstop adjacent and parking of vehicles is becoming difficult Dear sir

I was resided in Turramgate street no 8, my opposite house cutting the RCC road without permission and joining the drainage pipe to my own pipe without intimation to me. H.No 10-5-779/3/1/e please take proper action at an early date...please stop him not to cut the road.
