SUB: Fraud Transaction from the Account

Respected Sir,

Myself Deepak Sonker and I have ordered two sony cyber shots from gift360.in on 6th of July 2010, according to their caller I should have receive within 14 working days, after that I have mailed on 25th of July 2010 to their mail id [protected]@gift360.in and told them my order should be cancelled as I have not receive my order within 14 working days, I called so many times and talked several peoples(Krishna, Rashmi, Vinod, Ashok etc) but no one has given me the satisfactory reply, many times they put my call on hold and after few seconds they disconnect the phone.
They have already made all the EMI transactions from my account. When I told all about this entire situation to the icici bank officer and want to stop the fraud transaction from my account they told me to block my gold credit card, I blocked my gold credit card and gave a new request to titanium card, after that I thought the transactions of EMI will be stopped but two days ago when I talked to icici bank officer, he told me that sir your all the EMI’s has already been deducted then he suggested me to talk to the merchant once again so that they should have reply to my mail id , when I talked to them they told me that sir your order has been dispatched and received by some person of your house , when I enquired about the product at my home no product was received by my family members, then I called again gift360.in and told them I haven’t receive your product so that please give me your reply at my mail id ,but they didn’t send me any mail , after that I called again to icici bank officer and he told me that sir you have to send us a fax at our fax number which is [protected] so that we can put a dispute case again merchant, sir i am totally fed up from this matter and doing calls here and there, sir I want to stop all the transaction from my account and which has been already deducted it will be refunded, please help me in this matter, I hope you will take the serious action in this matter as soon as possible.
