Gift360 — Difference in MRP

I had booked an order through ICICI Bank credit Card for a Sumsung Digital Camera Model S860. MRP of the product mentioned Rs.9990/- and the Offer Price was mentioned Rs. 5555/- for ICICI Card holder. When I receive product by courier, I have noticed that MRP is written as Rs.6990/-. I have made several correspondence with them but no reply.

May I sought for justice.

Thanks for sending the item S 860 Samsung digital Camera against my order 39521. It is surprised me after receiving the item. My grievances are as under:

1. As mentioned that MRP of S 860 Samsung Digital Camera is Rs.9990/- and the special offer price is Rs.5555/-, there is huge difference in Offer price and the MRP that was attracted me to purchase through ICICI bank Credit card. After receiving the item I have noticed that actual MRP of the product is Rs 6990/- only. If the real information was given I would not have purchased/ ordered for the same item.
2. Your offer does not mentioned about colours available or your team did not mentioned about the colours available while taking order. The colour shows in offer catalogue is Silver colour only but I have received in Black Colour which I do not like at all.

My queries are:-
# why the MRP is given in offer list Rs.9990/- when actual MRP is Rs.6990/-
# is this the way to mis-lead your ICICI Credit card holder?.
# where to go to get justice.
# I am not interested to keep this item as this is not my desired product ( Price as well as Colour)

I have ordered this Sony Ericsson mobile phone fron this place.The payment was taken IMMEDIATELY without a seconds delay, and i was told i would RECEIVE the product within 12 days.After the stipulated time period i call them up and they tell me they will deliver it within 12 "working days"..Next time they say 15 working days..Now they have told me to wait for another week.The customer service is USELESS as they fail to explain the delay, and are hardly apologetic and are more focussed on getting the next order.I STRONGLY suggest staying away from this place, as this is not an exceptional case.My previous order too had taken about a month to arrive.I have heard of cases where people haven't received their products for months on end..STAY AWAY FROM gift360.in!

Gift360 — No dispatch of product

I made an order for a benetton wrist watch which i won after scratching sodexo coupon.
The order was made on 1st of june(order no 5744).
The order status showed confirmed status, but i have not recieved the watch till date...
They took Rs. 495 saying that they will be sending the gift after payment of their shipment and handling charge of Rs 495,
but now it seems i lost my 495 rupees...
I made the online payment through my HDFC debit card online.
Whenever i call them they just say me to mail a complaint to their executive...I mailed them a lot, but i have recieved nothing from them.

I never expected such a filthy service from a company like such...

Gift360.in — Sad & Disgusting service : Gift360.in

I would like to place on record the SAD & Disgusting status of the services provided by this gift services company.

I made 2-3 calls to their call centre to find out about the status of my online order placed on 19th August, 2009. Its sad to understand that it would take a month to despatch the goods to the consignee, that too after reminders. Still I am not sure when the consignment will be delivered.

I had made a call 10-12 days back to their call centre when someone told me in a 'stereotypical' manner that I would get the goods ordered on 16th Sept, 2009. I am unable to understand whether there is someone in the system who is looking into the functioning of the call centres, status of orders placed online & the quality of the services intended to be offered to the customers...

My online order number is 2902 where I had placed an order for two items.

My complaint is still not resolved & am extremely inconvenienced due to the order placed in your site. I was promised by Mr.Sandeep initially & then by Ms.Maggy for resolution of my complaint. Not surprisingly, I did not get any revert from either of them & you stood upto your reputation of Very Poor & Pathetic service quality.

Each n every time, I am made to follow up for an order which I placed based on a reference from one of the banks whose credit card which I have been using for years together. I am sure to go back to all of them, do what is required to have a relook into the suggestions / recommendations which they have with a company which encourages such poor quality service.

I am sure this will be an addition to your existing list of complaints & that it will not be something new to you all as all the mails hitting you will be of this kind only.

Gift360 — Non Receival Of Order No 68615

I have been facing an acute problem with an online shopping company, GIFT360, based in Bangalore. I had placed an order on 26th August’09 for 2 mobile phones and 2 Reebok combo offers and was conveyed a delivery time of 14 working days. However, till date I haven’t received the ordered items but have already been charged for the same in my Citibank credit card. The course of events is as follows:



I had placed an order with Gift360 on 26th Aug’09 for 2 mobiles and 2 Reebok Combo offers. I was informed that the delivery would be done in 14 working days. The order was placed over phone and the order number was 68615
When 14 workings days were over, and I still did not receive the order, I called up the helpline to enquire about the status. It was first informed to me that my address (in Kolkata) was out of delivery area of their courier (which was a gross misinformation as this same company had delivered items to me at this same address in the past). Then after keeping me on hold for very long someone confirmed that it was not actually an issue with address but that the stocks were unavailable because of which the same couldn’t be delivered. However, someone named Sanjay confirmed to me that the delivery would be done by another 3 to 4 days.
Again when this commitment failed, I sent out an email to the ID [protected]@gift360.in for a resolution. Within a day, I also spoke to an Escalations Manager (name was either Vidya or Divya) from the Co. over the phone but to no avail. A word or two about the so-called ESCALATION MANAGER…….extremely rude, refused to understand my concern, unapologetic, unmoved at the plight of the customer. Even a juvenile would have better sensibility than her. I had asked her to refund my money at least if they couldn’t fulfill the order, to which she curtly informed that the refund would take as long as 10/15 days
On 26th Sep’09 I received a mail from their end apologizing for the delay and asking me for my ID proof and scan copy of my credit card so that they could proceed with the delivery. They also confirm that the delivery would be done before 3rd October. These documents had already been sent to them earlier on 8th Sep. Nevertheless, I re-forwarded the documents on 29th Sep.
On 1st Oct I received a call from the number [protected] asking me for a scan copy of proof of address as well. I refused to provide this as their previous mail did not ask for this document. It only asked for ID proof and scan copy of my credit card. I asked the lady calling to send me a mail mentioning that this document is required, on receipt of which I would be providing the requirement. But no such mail ever came.
Its 5th Oct today and I still haven’t received the ordered items and my credit card payment due date is tomorrow’s.


I am at a total loss over this as none from this Company is interested in getting my work done. I have drawn huge phone bills talking to them over phone but to no avail. I require urgent help from your end to address this fraudulent activity by this Company. I would now want to cancel my order and demand a compensation of 50,000/- rupees for the following:

1. Failing on service delivery
2. Repeated false commitments about delivery dates
3. Charging money from my credit card without fulfilling my order
4. Huge telephone bills that I have incurred while calling them up for follow-ups
5. I was supposed to gift these items to members of my family which I couldn’t and it has caused me unprecedented humiliation.


I would also like to point out that during this phase of 1 month and 10 days, NOT ONCE DID GIFT360 HAVE THE COURTESY OR PROFESSIONALISM TO CALL ME AND UPDATE ME ON THE CAUSE OF THE DELAY”. It was always me who kept calling.

Please help!
This company should not be allowed to do business..If this is the way they handle there customer, there Trade lisence should be cancelled...They have charged the customer and not given the product to almost 2 months, i believe they have made up a business of earning interest from customer money...This theif Comapny can only work in India...Would suggest all freinds, & Relatives not to shop from this company anymore..This is the most horrible serive one can get...

I have Request for Reebok Strolly order no 69103 product cade 1684. order dated 29/08/2009. till date I have not received item . Gift360.in — wrong delivery

Pl refer to my order no. 112609, I had ordered for a product - Summit 2 pc luxury set ( code - 2070 ) of brown colour. But I have been delivered the above product of burgundy colour vide invoice no. 97462. Also, it has been observed that stiching of one bag is not proper near chain.

I have purchased Samsung Corby Plus from www.gift360.in. I have received the same product within 4 days by courier but there was manufacturing fault in handset. I have complaint many times to repalce the handset but they are not responding from date of receipt of product. Sir I have purchased an popcorn maker online from gift360.in the Oder ( order no is 16163 ) . The company claimed that it will reach to me within 14 or in any circumstances 21 days but no information . I have tried customer support by email and telephone also . Telephone section says we don't have any monitor if online orders .and by email they say it will be despached within this week or within 2days . Nor they are refunding money. Please help me out . Gift360.in — Delay in getting Refund

Hi There, I had booked a product online on Gift360.in website (Nova Grooming Kit) on 22 June, 2010. There was some problem in booking online, so they called me on 25th June 2010 & booked this product on phone. They took my credit card details on phone call. I waited for 4 weeks for delivery but i didnt get it. I contacted them about it, they said the product is not available with us, you can order another product for the same price range. I was reluctant about their service & asked them to cancel my order & refund my money back. Since then i am talking to them every week about my money. Every time i got the same reason, your cheque is ready but concern department person is not available to sign it. Its been 7 months since i booked my product, i am still getting my refund. I have email conversation with them saying we will send you the cheque today & etc. Could you tell me any way to take legal action about it?
My order details are as below-
first order number - 1171, They did not give me any order number second time as they booked my order on phone & asked me to mention my phone number while doing inquiry about my product. that number is [protected], Price - Rs. 1,816, They also gave me the cheque number which they got ready for me but never sent it to me, don't know why? I am expecting strong action about it.

i ran dass verma, kanpuri received my gift on 30.1.11which was booked on 5.1.11 but the chargable batteries were not with that. kindly send 04 chargable batteries as soon as possible.
