[Resolved]  Gift360.in — not fulfilling the compliment

Sir,
I, Ashish Ranjan, have booked a Philips Home Theater System(ORDER NO 109799) on 25/09/2010 on phone from the gift360.in, a Bengaluru based company(web site- gift360.in/sbicard). At the time of booking they told me that it will be delivered within 21 working day. But till day it has not been delivered. Sir, So many times I have ask them about the order status, but every time they tried to cheat me. On 19/10/2010 when I call them on their toll free no([protected]), they told me that it will be dispatch within 2-3 days. but today when I call them again, they told me that it has already been dispatched on 18/10/2010 by Over Night courier.(courier no[protected]. When I contact to the courier company they inform me that we haven't receive any courier.Today I have also given a written complain to them on their email id ([protected]@gift360.in), of which reply is due.
Sir all these things have given me a kind of mental and physical harassment.
So I kindly request you to please look at the matter and solve my problem.
For this I shall be ever grateful to you.
