[Resolved]  GLOBAL DIRECT — Fraud case

On 13/08/2012 , a representative Mr. Chandan Kumar Singh of Gobal Direct (Mobile No. [protected]), the direct sale dealer of Vodafone with the Identity Card of Global Direct came to our office at Wadala offered us the Vodafone Plans and made to pay all Rs.99/- for new connection with series starting with 9819 and 900 on vodafone prepaid and the forms was filled with scheme of half paise per second under corporate group plan.
We never got verification call on 16/08/2012 and when contacted the representative his moblie was switched off. Please beware of such cheaters. When contacted, the Global direct officials are saying that he had left his job in June 2012 and they do not have any details of him. The officials are saying that they don not appoint representative directly and is appointd by their Managers on monthly payment.
It is also fault of Global Direct when a represntative leave his job his identity card and the company's forms are not taken back and not verifying the credentials of person appointed by their Managers.
