[Resolved] GLOBAL DIRECT — No Customer Attention | |||
I have applied for a New Vodafone Postpaid connection. I have given all my documents more than a week before. I got my simcard but is not activated. After calling more than 20 times for reason of Non Activation of Card there are not attending the Call. They are there just to make money. The have also taken all charges for new connection. I have tried on the following no [protected] agent of Global Direct & [protected] Global Direct number but they are not receiving the call. I think strict action should be taken against such money making firm who are just to loot people. Pathetic service i have experienced in my life.
