i had applied for a vodafone sim card for number portable from MTNL to Vodafone when awalk in representative of GLOBAL DIRECT visited my office and promised to deliver sim card the next day as i had submitted required all documents and the company did not fulfill their commitments and newer bothered to giveany response. The name of the representative was Ms. Varsha A. Patel & name of her manager was Naveen Khanna of GLOBAL DIRECT. I had called many time at their office but there were no repoanse. I had paid Rs 370/- on 22/01/2011 for number porting and she promised me that your number will port within a week but till date there is no respoanse. The receipt number is 5364 dated 22/01/2011. Its very sad that they, the global direct people are going about their business of cheating innocent people since a long time. Recently one of their executives visited our home and offered an attractive plan i immediately went for two connections for which i issued a cheque of Rs. 700/-, within two days the amount was deducted from my account. its almost a month but no sign of the sim cards which they were supposed to send through courier to our residential address. Tried calling them number of times but it seems l am wasting my money on the calls and also time and energy. After searching on the net (goggle search engine) i found numerous complaints against them. It is unfortunate that so many people have been cheated but non of them taken stern action against them which has made Global Direct more bolder and not just the company but even their employees have being professional cheats.

Sad to say this but i worked for Global Direct, but only for a week and after i coming to know wat the company does i left the job, they have everything planned up (like wat to say, which scheme to suggest)the biggest thing is that all the documents which you recieve is not utilized anywhere they just throw it in the dustbin all they need is your address prof and your photo-proof, and there are no charges in changing ur existing plan or something all u need to do is to call 111(vodafone customer care) and everything will be done according to you.
