[Resolved]  GLOBAL DIRECT — no response to calls / complaints for

This is to appriase that Ms. Varsha Kolapte employee of Global Direct visited to our Office ( Mantra BDC Enterprises) date[protected] & suggested us to change the exisisting Vodafone plan of Three Numbers ( [protected], [protected] & [protected] ) plus we can avail 1 Additional free number if we switch to new scheme suggested by Gobal Direct.

We agreed to pay the Charges of Rs 750/- for above scheme ( Ref your Receipt No. 10417, CAF No:[protected] and it was informed to you by Ms. Varsha Kolapte that above scheme will be aviticated within couple of days. After that till date we are following up with Ms. Varsha Kolapte but no reply niether anybody at GD is responding to our calls.

We request Golbal direct to kindly revert back us the amount sum of Rs 750/- for above scheme collected by Ms. Varsha Kolapte, else we have no option left out but to go into cosumer forum for cheating us.
