[Resolved] Godrej Double Door fridge — Auto defrost NOT working | |||
We had purchased a Godrej Double Door Fridge in 2004 with extended five year warranty till October 2009. Every two-three months we used to call the service dept for repairs. After three visits, the mechanic working for the franchise-service company infomed us that this DOUBLE DOOR model was a failure model and advised us to go in for an exchange for a different model. But the Godrej guys replaced with a different machine with the same model. Our problems continued; we lost hope and even the service centre guys failed to turn up on our calls. We then went to Main Godrej Service Centre at Kasturba Road and lodged a complaint. No response. We are now using the fridge as an almirah - and believe us - a really neat one.
