Sir, i have registered a complaint on 25th sep.2015. my complaint no. is [protected]. Just received a message from toll free centre mr. gopal singh will attend your complaint shortly. but same evening instead of attending the complaint we received the sms i came. but the door was locked . Next day i make a phone call to mr. gopal singh, the reply was i am on the way, at any how i will come at 12 noon..but till now nobody responding our complaint. pl. take neessary action. My fridge is under AMC contract.please take action immediately thanks.
