Sir, i have registered a complaint on 25th sep.2015. my complaint no. is [protected]. Just received a message from toll free centre mr. gopal singh will attend your complaint shortly. but same evening instead of attending the complaint we received the sms i came. but the door was locked . Next day i make a phone call to mr. gopal singh, the reply was i am on the way, at any how i will come at 12 noon..but till now nobody responding our complaint....

I own a Godrej double door fridge in 2007 after one year it stop cooling i call the technician of godrej to resolve the problem he ask to refil the gas so i pay 1300/rs to refil the gas.

We had purchased a Godrej Double Door Fridge in 2004 with extended five year warranty till October 2009. Every two-three months we used to call the service dept for repairs. After three visits, the mechanic working for the franchise-service company infomed us that this DOUBLE DOOR model was a failure model and advised us to go in for an exchange for a different model.
