Godrej Double Door Refrigerator — Service Guys not picking up the phone

i have bought a Godrej Double Door Fridge, and the Lower Door Never Closed properly.today it has been 2 years i am living with the lower door half open.customer care service provider DOLPHIN Services-Bahandup-w, keeps giving dates but they have never solved my problem.Frustrating is that now seeing my number they dont respond to my calls.its highly unprofessional from a brand like Godrej -who claims to have good service to have such Poor Service Providers.

i amit khanna purchased a double door refrigrater of godrej company from subhash chand ashok kumar agency ambala cantt. (HARYANA) since after that we have a problem with the refrigrator it doesnt work properly in summer seseon. we get repaired every summer from the godrej service center. since we purchase it. we are not satisfied with godrej poduct and in future we will not purchase any godrej product. also we will tell our nearones not to purchase any godrej products. you lost the consumers faith.

Godrej Double Door Refrigerator — No cooling

I am having double door refrigerator of godrej EON Series 304 Lt.But I haven't seen the worst service in my life in just 25 months of purchase they we are having same problem with Godrej refrigerator 6th time if someone in godrej is reading this mail so please arrange to refund my money because I don't think this will be use in future.Refrigerator purchased dt 14.03.2008 my last complaint logged on January 2010 & every complaint has time of difference between next complaint is just 5to 6 months latest complaint is logged on 20/06/2010& complaint number is 381179 TAT time is given to me Max. 24 hours but still I am waiting if I call to Custmercare [protected] every time I get answer we will call u back after 1 hour but every 1 to 2 hours I have take call again & again I got some new person to whom I have to explain all my story after listening My story again I will get only the same answer we will call u & give u feedback within one hour today is 23rd &from 20.06.2010 I am busy with urn service why is this kind of service we are getting.Is this Godrej company Service if like this kind service u are providing then might be I will not recommend to anyone go for Godrej products.

Godrej Double Door Refrigerator — Refrigerator Not working again !!!!

This is my second complaint that I am posting here on the forum and am hoping to get a response atleast this time.

The service offered by the technical team on the 28th of December, 2009, lasted only for one year.It looks like any service offered will last for just a year like any other standard warranty offered by Low rated brands. I am once again having a problem with my Double Door Refrigerator of Godrej. I have already spent about 70 % of the value of the Refrigerator towards repairs in the last 5 years of the purchase. I request the concerned department in Godrej to please look into the matter which is really serious and do the needful. I have lodged a complaint with Godrej customer care a few mins ago and the complaint number is 727843. They again started with a note that the visit will cost me around 350 rs. and any parts damaged or which need replacement will be charged accordingly. This note is not at all new to me, as I had been paying for every visit. But what concerns me the most is, will I have to keep paying as long as I have the Refrigerator?.

Godrej fridge - not cooling Bad customers service
I own a Godrej fridge in 2010 after 3 year it stop cooling i call the technician of godrej to resolve the problem he ask to refil the gas so i pay 1500/rs to refil the gas.
The fridge work well for 10-15 day's then it stop cooling again then again technician said to refil properly then i again pay for refil the gas 1000/rs fridge again work well for 10-15 day's and again stop cooling then third time he said to change the fridge back heating coil for he think some leak in there then the heat coil and refil the gas but the fridge again work well for 10-15 day's and again stop cooling then
I call customer support the register my complain my complain no is j[protected] csn[protected]tejaram [protected]) they promise for visiting a technician in 24 hour but after10 day's a person call my no listing my problem then said to resolve soon and after 5 day another person call and said he is come in 1-2 hr then no one shows then after 5 day's i receive a sms say's thanks for contacting your godrej problem is resolved . the i again complain today i am waiting for their replay what they do this time i have 5 year warranty left on my compressor but they doing their job so slowly i don't think they care about their customer's.
