[Resolved] Godrej Refrigerators — leakage of water from the fridge | |
That I Vijay Kumar R/o Fzr (punjab), a customer of Godrej last 2yrs. We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator purchased on 2nd april '2008 and we have taken this product we are not at all satisfied with this as it has so many problems like, leakage of water from the fridge, vegetables & fruits getting bad very soon, leakage from the fridger tray etc...Its been two year now and we have also logged a complaint against the same on many times than executive from their side had visited our place more than 10 times but no changes in service. Our Authorised Service provider is: M/S Sonu Electronics, Kabari Bazar, Ferozepur Cantt-Punjab Ph - That the thing is that they are not ready to solve the problem neither to replace the refrigerator. This is not the way they treat the customer. Please look into the matter asp and get back to us. Also, let me know the details you need from our side. Godrej Refrigerator — leakage
we have a problem with godrej refrigerator as it is not working well. there is a leakage problem in it. it leaks water. please repair it as quick as possible. because we are facing inconvenience. so please do it fast. Iam having a double door fridge 3 months back it stops cooling so godrej service engineer came and refilled gas again it stops cooling within week and starts water leacking again attended by service engineer and replace 2 parts but after 2 days again fridge starts water leaking
Almost 4 times service engineer has attended but unable to fix the problem i have spend almost 4000 Rs for repair but still unable to resolve the issue
we will not expect such type of service from a reputed company like godrejt.

we have purchased1 doubledoor fridge , i.e, GFE28DY from godrej lifespace at asaf ali road on 25-02-08 regarding after sale service
