[Resolved] Godrej Refrigerators — Product DY31 supplied with broken glass of vegetable tray | |||
We purchased godrej eon refrigerator DY31 from Godrej Okhla Delhi on 17/9/2010 application no1253911.The appliance was delivered on 19/9/2010 under exchange scheme invoice no811/93090360 and payment made in cash.At the time of delivery itself the vegetable tray glass was found to be broken and was accordingly recorded on invoice.Despite several calls to the sales and service the glass has not been replaced on one pretex or the other.In fact I would say that a defective piece has been delivered.I have also put in my request online at godrej smartcare but no response.Hope the company will respond through your forum.M.S.Sridhar e-mail [protected]@hotmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Godrej Refrigerator — NOT PROPER RESPONSE FROM GUJARAT REGION

Godrej Refrigerator — received broken product
Sir,Myself 70 yrs. old man, purchase a Godrej refregerator model no.GFE31DJ colour-o steel, from Great Eastern Appliences Pvt.Ltd. vide bill no. 934.dated-11.04.2010. Product received on 13.04.2010.On 14.04.2010 company demonstrator Mr Subha Biswas ( ph- [protected]) has come to my house for demonstration. He noticed that the refregerator has in broken condition. On spot he talk to his office and to Jhuma (Great eastern reception).Jhuma told us Great eastern will exchange it within 3 to 4 days.We are making phone call to Jhuma 2 days intervel.But in this connection in spite of my several reminder and request through phone ,nobody has turned up to do the needful so far. I and my family suffer a lot.The refregerator remain in packed condition.My question is that in my old age have we done a great mistake to purchase a Godrej refregerator from Great Eastern , Kolkata?
