very bad service...after cancelation of ticket i got 500 deducted from my refund money though in terms and condition it ll charge 25rs per seat as cancelation charge has mentioned...i ll giv 0 point out of 100..prefer to go through train instead of bus.

I have booked hotel thru goibibo.com and my credit card was debited but i never received email inspite of so many reminders for 15 days. they are fraud and warn to public not to use this site.refund of domestic air ticket
