[Resolved]  gold — fraud loan

Respected sir,
my sister deepali sharma needed some money about one and half month ago,Soni kashyap daughter of suresh kashyap convinced her to keep her gold as an asset in ur company in which she agreed to pay a loan of rs.19000 in return of the gold which costs rs.50000 but now even after two months of lending her gold she does not give any type of loan to her.she with all her family have been continuously going to ur office in moradabad which is above indian overseas bank, delhi road moradabad,But even after all these efforts she is not giving any response to her complaints.even i have done a complaint against soni but I also want to tell u about all these scams in ur scams in your company,. she is not only the part of this scam but some people o[censored]r company are also supporting her namely ankur bhadwaj,Lokesh and asst.branch manager and some unknown people are also involved in it.Actually Soni with all her supportees takes gold from customers on the name o[censored]r company and convinces customer for loan but does not passes loan,but in return lend this gold smith and snatches a huge amount of interest from them.Actually the customers are not aware of your policies and also he is not informed by all such type of workers of your company.
now i have heard the informartion from soni and her supporters that she has mentioned two loans on behalf of the jewellery one from the company and other with some fraudness with other goldsmith.But we are not aware of any kind of loans like these and we are even refused to give any type of statements related to our loan..moreover soni with her supportes warned us that if we will complain to police or higher officials or to your company then they will kill us..I am the citizen of moradabad and on searching the details about ankur bhardwaj i found that he was working at bajaj finance before working in your company in which he had done some fraud with three persons due to which he left his post from bajaj finance and joined your company.
