[Resolved]  Golden Forests India Ltd — Maturity amount

Dear Sir,

My Father Shri. Avva Shankaraiah invested Rs.1000 on[protected] with Golden forests, the complete details of the company are below:

I came to know that golden forests has filed for bankruptcy all and all it is closed. I came to know this by the Google search. It mentioned that golden forests is taken by haryana count to settle the claims of so many investors.

My father is completely not aware it. And he felt that he would get lum sum amount and still hoping for it.
No intiamtion was given about haryana high court taking the company and settling the claims.

As per the article published in The Times Of India on 18 January 2002 i request the concerned to pay the 75% (222000*75/100) of the maturity value with immediate effect.
Once i receive some confirmation i will send you the copy of deposit.
And i also request indian consumer complaints forum take this on priority and resolve the issue ASAP.
