I have channel of GTPL (Cable) at my home from the begging the broadcasting is very poor I complaint more than one time but not responding I had paid them for 12 month at a time ( this is my biggest mistake in life) after that they never come when I complaint about channel is not comming properly I had call many time now I am planning to go at Grahak Suraksha to complaint it Warning: Dont use GTPL network in life they people are fraudi they collect money and run away from good service GTPL is Fraud Company Was this information helpful? All chanels are unavailable except Lifeok StarPlus and Colours I have been complaining from 1 month and i have been charged for whole year

Worst internet provider everyone is handicapped in this company because it takes 24 hours to reply to one mail. They are ### and have no value of customer... They should sell the product like "if you want to be "gtpl" customer then you pay to our company and we will take your money and give you 24 hours time to wait and never give you internet its better to use mobile hotspot then using GTPL service. No speed no GOOD SERVICE at all and the employees working are worst. The next day i called them and there was one person named "AJAY KHUSVA" i was telling my complaint and he just cut the call i even mailed a complaint regarding him and they revert me back after 30 hours saying your wifi is working fine i mean are they born full or they pretending to be fool don't know.
